Hertz was terrible. No cars. 20 minutes to exit facility. With only 1 car ahead of me. Needs improvement

Nice and easy car rental. The workers were very nice and down to earth.

Friendly staff, but the car wasn't cleaned before it was turned around. And the "change oil" notification kept coming on while we had the car.
