I highly recommend taking any and all of your shoe or zipper needs here! The shop owner is very knowledgeable, has very fair prices, and does excellent work. My dog shredded my Ugg boots (perhaps for good reason, why was I still wearing Uggs?). However, Renner’s made them into adorable slippers and patched up the sides by using leftover fabric. I’m truly amazed and so grateful! I’ve also had my backpack zipper fixed here multiple times and done the leather shoe clean up and shine.

I am so thankful this place exists. Hours before my wedding one of my laces on my dress shoes broke. Almost no one stocks replacement laces anymore. If you need a replacement shoes laces this place has a great selection. Excellent customer service. Will be back for sure!

Before I came I looked up reviews to make sure I will receive good service. I dropped of my Alexander McQueen Sneakers to have them professionally cleaned. I was charged almost ~$15 and when I got home the shoes were still dirty. Never removed shoe laces.

Best and most honest shoe repair in town. Always keeps our shoes lasting longer and looking better than any other place we've tried because of a more convenient location. (Fairway shoe repair "lost" a pair of expensive boots after a week and did not replace, compensate, or offer to--please don't make the mistake of using their business).They also sell very nice men's dress shoes which are much higher quality than flashier brands.All around great store with nice and consistent service.

By far the best place I've ever taken my shoes for cleanup and repairs! I've had many less than satisfactory experiences with other cobblers around the U.S. and internationally who have charged twice as much only to return my shoes in almost worse condition. That's not at all the case with Renner's! I ship my shoes back to KC just to have them make repairs. They have never disappointed and every time the shoes are returned looking clean and new.
