My salesman was Joe Castillo. He was very nice and explained everything to me about the Terrain I was interested in. He made the car buying process easy and I would definitely go back next time I'm looking for a car. Mark helped me with the financing and he was just as nice. A great place to buy a car. I went to Reed GMC to purchase a new vehicle. Drove up a few times to test drive and talk numbers. While I personally have a bad taste in my mouth from the negotiation process and I wanted to give them fewer stars, the reality is that most of my experience was great and helpful. But I cannot recommend them from this experience.
I had 2 salespeople help me and give me lots of information about the cars. I appreciated their help and advice.
A few things to be aware of:
1) Their dealership discount/sale online will say “Available to all customers”, but what they mean is you still have to qualify for some of that money. This particular sale was $5500, but $2500 of it had conditions ($1500 trade year/mileage and $1000 for using their 60mos with 0% down financing). So my advice is to ask if there are conditions to their sale before you head over. All other dealerships I had been to were up front on these conditions or had no conditions on their sale items.
2) I said we had a supplier discount code. I was told basically it was a better deal to not use it because they had to “sell it at that price without discounts”. I found this odd but understand it is a dealer by dealer policy. At other dealerships this wasn’t an issue to get some benefit of running the code.
3) They REALLY low-balled my trade-in value. They were $2k under the LOWEST trade-in offer I had ever received. They eventually came up $2k, but tried to work their financing $1000 deal to make it appealing. Mind you this final offer on my trade was still lower than the other 4 offers I had received at this point. They also told me I needed to see how great of a value I was getting with the GM trade assist money. All I heard from this statement is they wanted a cut of the GM trade assist money. What they don’t realize is without the discounts, I wouldn’t be buying this car.
Now I get every dealership is different and they have to make money. However, the negotiation process was not satisfactory and ultimately made me decide to leave. I didn’t want to have a bad feeling about such a big purchase. And I am glad I did. I found the same truck a week later online with a dealership that did not make the 3 mistakes above and I got the truck for cheaper.

Service department here is great, with very helpful service advisors. Work has always been done correctly and on-time as promised. This is why I gave them two stars. However, the sales staff and management here are terrible. You almost have to beg them to contact you about buying a car and they resent any customer who knows something about the car business or any who tries to negotiate; as if they are personally offended by this. They're in the business then. They also like to go back on deals that they do make. Very poor business practices here. On top of that, during my last visit the two guys sitting at the sales desk were talking about customers and other employees in a disgusting manner, very unprofessional. Unfortunately I will now no longer use their service department either; because I am not going to support an outfit like this.

They did a good job for the most part Fred was great while he was busy I asked the guys at the desk where the owners manual was and they claimed that I had to. Look on line they were wrong it was with the floor carpets

I honestly hate the whole car buying experience, but this purchase was by far the best I have ever experienced. From my salesman Joseph to the financing office with Roger and signing the paperwork. It was wonderful. I picked up my new Terrain on Friday night, and Joseph called me Morning morning to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Wow, now that is customer service.

Instead of giving you prices they just want your monthly budget so they can screw you over on interest rates and vehicle prices. Glad I didn't make the trip.
