Angie and her team are always so amazing! You'll get greeted when you walk in. The customer service was out of this world and every associate was friendly and eager to help. The store was clean and the racks looked neat and maintained. I am definitely a satisfied customer and I can't wait to return!

I wonder why so many reviews of how this place is overpriced and noone seems to be addressing the issue? Most company's give feedback to reviews but it seems like the posts are correct of how rude the employees are here.So are you, Red Racks off Vivion, even considering taking into account what the customers are saying not only about the overpriced " donated " items and how about your unbusinesslike customer service you give! Not for profit.....lol.

All I have to say is, know the worth of each item you pick up. As everything is way overpriced for a thrift store. Especially a donation. I absolutely like supporting our veterans. Just seeing a used pair of red vans for 40$ is ridiculous. Like, sure, it's a more expensive item when they're new, but that's way more than most want to pay for a new pair of used shoes. The only thing this store has a decent bargain on is the dollar rack.

Honestly if it was possible they wouldn't receive a single star, they are sexiest against men. They are extremely rude and disrespectful, supervisors can cuss their employees out and not get in any trouble, constantly complain but never owns up to their faults or what they have done wrong and Angela is by far the rudest person I have met in a long time and they don't pay employees when they are suppose to. 8% of their money made goes to vets so they show not even our families who serve are worth Nothing. They throw away tents, blankets, clothing all the things needed to help our community and our homeless especially those who serve they don't donate anything prices are usually outrages. Personally they have ruined my experience and I refuse to give them my bussiness

Huge place, tons of stuff to look through...although some prices are really high on donated stuff. Sometimes I think they forget they are offering a service for people needing cheaper prices to help them. They do offer a $1 rack, but it's clothes, and it's random what items you can get....always changing.

Prices are retail or higher. Waste of time.

Enjoyed browsing the vintage section, but the prices there are new retail. I wish I would have donated elsewhere.

Pretty nice store. Wound up at this location instead of my usual store. Nice store & seemed to be a good inventory. Would go back to this location.

If you go around a holiday, you are a senior citizen, it has a special color of tag, and they could end up owing you money. I have found some great things there, but you have to time it just right

I was disappointed managers there are rude, went trying to buy Xmas cups mind you they were 50%off. I had a few 2.99 3.99. 2 without a price and they price at 6.99 ridiculous a used cup when I’m also watching another sell about 8 blankets for less than I paid on cups. I donate their always I’m really thinking of doing it elsewhere!

Let’s start with the fact that no one greets you when you walk in. If the employees at the register are halfway through a conversation when you walk in they’ll give you a nasty look then continue whatever conversation they were having. The store is confusing, baby stuff with one of the 5 Christmas racks scattered throughout the store. Adult diapers with the electronics? None of it but the scam clothing racks make any sense. Prices are ridiculously high for absolutely no reason.. good will has better merchandise for way better prices. If you see the original tag on their clothes it’s a guaranteed 2 dollar price increase minimum. This is NOT a thrift store, this is a robbery/trainwreck. Asked an employee how much something was (since half the items in the store don’t have price tags nor signs explaining prices) she said “you’ll have to ask someone else good luck”. Can’t find any other employees except at the register and they won’t leave it to help you find anything. & if there’s no tag on the item you want they’ll just make up whatever price that employee feels like charging. Terrible experience. Terrible customer service. Terrible store.

I think this place may have forgotten they are a THRIFT STORE. Their prices are more comparable to that of Plato's Closet (maybe even a bit higher) rather than like Savers or Goodwill. It seemed to me that the majority of the prices weren't even discounted 50% off the retail prices. As far as clothing, some of the items seem to be in a lot worse shape than other thrift stores in the area but still higher priced ? . To be honest, the staff that I came in contact with were less than pleasant also. Kind of a bummer experience. Really the only positive I think I could come up with is that they do have a TON of stuff- good variety But wouldn't go out of my way to visit.

This place should be called “Red Racks Boutique”. These prices are INSANE!!!! I’ve seen my fair share of overpriced donation/free inventory centers but LORD this one takes the cake. Any “thrift” store with specialty tags indicating “vintage” is generally a no from me daw…. Sucks the fun right out of thrifting. If I wanted boutique prices, I’d go to a curated small/locally owned boutique where the shop puts in the effort and $$ into their inventory. This place just as messy and hodge podge as your average second hand store, but with cracked out pricing. Even their average every day items are WAY outta the ball park…$8.99 for ladies tops, $32.99 for sweaters, $13.99 for jeans, $40-$80 for jackets….I see why Red Racks are closing all over the state.Unless you’re rollin in dough, don’t even bother shopping at this “thrift” store.

The pricing here is CRAZY! $10+ dollars for anything at all. This isn’t a boutique this is a THRIFT STORE where people are buying USED & OLD clothing. This place gets their stock 100% for free and donated to them, and still decide to make it very unaffordable. You can literally go to Target and buy new clothes cheaper than here. The worst thrift store chain I have ever been to by far. Greedy and disgusting. Please support small & locally owned thrift stores. I do not understand how this is still in business.

This location is pricing themselves out of business. Every time I come back, I remember why I didn’t buy anything out of disgust the last time. They sell mall brands made in China for more than they sold for at the store in the first place, with holes in stuff too. Damaged furniture and chairs from elementary schools with stains all over them for $90. They have no dressing rooms and the place is so overcrowded and unorganized because of all that I listed above. Thrift stores used to be reserved for the underprivileged who cannot afford to shop new, and leaches like this place are spitting on us all. Don’t shop here, I wish I could rate lower.
