Elaina helped wife and I through the process of purchasing a home. It seemed daunting at first since we're first time home buyers, but Elaina guided us through entire process. There was times of doubt or uncertainty due to the market, but Elaina reassured us. Elaina cared about us and we felt that. When we had questions about certain subjects or topics, Elaina answered them quick and made sure we understood so we don't make bad decisions. Great communication without a doubt.
