The service was awful by all but one of the ladies working there. The younger girls seemed so miserable and put off by me touching or looking at shirts and were abrupt when asked for help. There was one a bit more mature who was helpful but the rest made my experience very uncomfortable.

Pretty good selection for a smaller store. My only complaint was that I had purchased 2 pair of socks (listed on my receipt) but when I got home there was only 1 pair in the bag.

Drove down from ND for a Chiefs game but needed new attire. The Grand Central Station store was recommended by friends. A young lady Mary helped us find everything we needed including some Kansas City BBQ sauce to take home. 6 stars for Mary!

First time at Rally House! Selection is unbelievable! Cost not out of line! One of the associates helped me out with finding the shirt that I wanted! She was over the top! Very polite and courteous!

The people working there aren't helpful. They made me feel like I was interrupting thier day. I've had the same horrible experience at every Rally House I've patronized. I'll probably buy merchandise online, but not at Rally House, in the future.

This place likes to up-charge because it’s in a touristy area and out of towners don’t know what prices are normal. Don’t be fooled.

I was disappointed. I was charged twice for my puzzle. When I went back. The clerk didn’t apologize or offer any I’m sorry. In fact, she appeared rather annoyed that I had come back and asked for my refund. Poor customer service.
