Recommend you go to the plaza East location…guy with tattoos is rude as hell because I walked in right before they close!!! Just wanted to try and buy my boys and niece a jersey!!! Will not be back and I would avoid if you can. Go to the East plaza location better experience and I found what I was looking for!!!!

This company is a SCAM!!! I ordered a product on November 3rd that was supposed to be shipped 3 days later. Its been a month and no item, update or anything. When I call using the number on the website its a wrong number. When I looked up the correct number the customer service agents just tell me we don't know when you're going to get your item that you paid for, we have no idea when it might ship and if you don't like you can cancel your order. So after a month of waiting with no notifications from them they tell me I am SOL. DONT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I should have read the reviews, but they were one of the few companies selling World Series items. Every review almost says the same thing, customer service is non existent. Trust me save yourself the headache and go some where else or buy something else this company is a SCAM!!!

First time visiting this particular location. They do a great job at organizing the vast amount of merchandise in a store with a smaller footprint than other spots (particularly up North where we're blessed with bigger stores.) Lots of Chiefs items, which is especially nice since many of the hotels are close to this spot, so out of towners can pop in quickly. I personally loved the Travis Kelce/Taylor Swift items as they captured the buzz in our city at the time of this posting.

The Rally House motto as stated on their website Our motto is "To Delight Our Customers," and that begins with providing a pleasurable customer service experience.That is a joke. I paid extras for expedited shipping and the package arrived in 5 days instead of 3 and they would not refund shipping, and now I am being charged shipping to return the same items due to their late arrival.Will never purchase from this business again.

I called in search of a Travis Kelce 3 foot bobblehead. I spoke to Aaron who let me know they didn’t have any. I hung up and called another store. While I was speaking to another store I got a voicemail from Aaron, who took the time to call me and let me know of the stores who should have Travis Kelce‘s bobble head in stock. I was so blown away by the fact that he took the time to call me and help me narrow my search. This kind act of superior customer service was so overwhelming I just had to write this review. We need more Aarons in this world!

I ordered a Washington Redskins 3D stadium plaque and received a Washington Commanders version. I realize there was a name change, but their site specifically listed the plaque as a Redskins version and nowhere on the site did it state "due to the recent name change we will only send a Commanders version" I called and left a voicemail with no response. I emailed them, with no response, and used their website's Chat feature and was told I would here something soon, now it's been over a week with no luck.

I love their clothes I just wish they had more choices with sparkles! They had a couple, but the neck lines were too high so I left with two shirts, and no sparkles. Still giving them five stars!

Scam alert!!! Buyers beware! The significant others of my boyfriend's family ordered a cute floral Guardian's baseball hat for the grandma as a thank you gift for hosting us for the family reunion. We even upgraded to expedited shipping so it would arrive before we went home (in other states). Instead of the cute hat, we got a Large men's shirt that was dull and cheap looking. We were all so disappointed on the mix up! Customer service took 3 days to respond and their response was unprofessional and unhelpful. I explained the situation and was asked for proof. When I sent over the pictures, they sent a return label. However, I reiterated that I don't have access to the item because it was delivered to another state as a gift. I, again, reminded them that they are elderly and could neither use the internet nor access a printer. Then, they suggested the recipient drive to the store to return it. I told them that would be impossible because they live 3+ hours away to the closest store and are disabled. I closed with, "are there any other options?" The agent became short with me and said "most companies ask you to return for a refund." I reminded them that they sent the wrong item and that I don't have access to it. I requested a supervisor and was given a short response that blew me off. I am frustrated that I paid $50+ for expedited shipping AND for an item that never arrived. I was disappointed that customer service couldn't accommodate a more reasonable remedy to this situation. I would have been happy with a partial refund to cover the expedited shipping. What's worse, they were unprofessional and rude. A simple professional response would have also been sufficient.
