I was there to make a simple exchange. I got a tee for my birthday. It was too big. Picked out a sweatshirt ($20 more than the tee) within 4 mins of being there. Took 25 mins for the me to get out. The two clerks didn't know how to do it. The "manager" was in an interview. When the "manager" finished the interview, the clerks tried to ask for help but it still took another 10 mins for them to figure out what to do all the while the "manager" was just next to them letting them fumble and figure it out instead of helping them, help me.

We are huge fans of the Rally House in Liberty. The store has a huge selection of Chiefs and Royals memorabilia, clothes, and hats. I could easily spend thousands of dollars there, and the staff is always pleasant and helpful.

Not impressed with the quality of their merchandise and the price that they get for them, they should be top quality. Also need to have a larger facility. They should be classified as Hoarders.

I was shopping for birthday gifts and there is a great selection for Chiefs fans for sure. I was very happy with my purchases until I got home and realized the women's Chiefs nightgown had a 3-inch unsewn seam on the side. I was in a time crunch and had to sew it on my sewing machine in order to have the gift ready. It's just a little frustrating having to fix brand new clothing.

An associate followed me around the store. I noticed her by me 2-3 times but didn’t “service” anyone else like that aside from myself. I have NEVER experienced anything like this and I spend a lot of money at other locations. Will not return to this location AT ALL.

Went in 3 days before Christmas and the place was an absolute mess with all of the employees just standing around. Although they have the best selection in town of Kc sports apparel, they are by far the most overpriced store I have ever been in for clothing.
