My teen was elated over initially getting hired at Rainbow (fashion is her thing) except only after two weeks in, the store was robbed by gun point. There were only minutes before she was due to clock in, but hadn't arrived yet. The situation SCREAMED inside job.Professionalism is not their thing. This manager allowed two of her boyfriends to hangout in the store; sizing up my teen. This manager messes up the payroll and ultimately accused my teen of stealing to make up for it.

I remember working here along long time ago and the staff all hated on me, especially the store owner Jenae. After previously revisting this store, I guess the apparel shop went downhill with their styling and all that ratchetness behind the cash wrap. I am proud that I have left, earned my degree in Fashion Merchandising, and became a manager at Nordstrom.

The fashion was off for this season.The cashiers were nice. I found a few pieces. Rainbow needs to open it's dressing room. Store was clean and neat.

Ratchet! Company target’s Minorities for profit only, management is undertrained and unprofessional, worst customer service in town! Somehow they pride themselves for being family owned but the family is middle eastern. Oddly enough only sale cheap urban knockoffs, We have to be selective where we spend our money as a community and spending here isn’t a community investment

This store is a joke! the store manager Janee I believe her name is omg she is the most rudest woman i have ever met she is so disrespectful to her employees. I walked in an over heard her and an employee talking the employee had a question and the way the manager spoke to her made me put my $200 purchase down an walk away this isn't the first time i have been in that store to hear an see the way she handles her employees i will NOT be supporting this business.
