Pablo at QuikTrip is an absolute gem! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From his friendly demeanor to his lightning-fast service, he truly goes above and beyond. Every visit is a delight thanks to his efficiency and warm smile. Pablo sets the standard for exceptional customer service. Kudos to QuikTrip for having such a stellar employee!

Don’t bother trying to order food on Sundays. Me and my partner come to this location almost every Sunday, but recently the kitchen has been messing up our orders. One of the worst times was when I ordered a breakfast sausage egg and cheese grilled cheese and my partner ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant no cheese. We ended up with 2 of the breakfast grilled cheeses. I went back to have them make the croissant only for them to give me a sausage egg and cheese croissant so I had to go back AGAIN to get them to remake the croissant. No food went to waste because there were people close by in need of food, but I’m disappointed by the service at this location on Sundays specifically. My partner works in the area and comes in on weekdays and says the kitchen staff that is usually there never has anything like this happen.

I love this Quiktrip. There’s a handful of lovely ladies that are there during the week that are incredible! I’m there nearly daily and they always make my breakfast sandwich perfect and provide excellent service.
However, on Sunday’s I’m in, there’s a young man behind the QT kitchen that doesn’t have a clue what’s going on it seems. One week, I ordered bacon, egg, and chipotle sauce croissant, my partner ordered a sausage grilled cheese.
He gave us two grilled cheeses.
My partner came back and asked to remake my sandwich, to which he handed him a sausage egg and cheese croissant. Huh?!? When my partner asked to speak to a manager, the person at the front just gave him 3 free drink coupons (should be more as there’s no reason we should have to come back THREE TIMES.)
Today, it took nearly 20 minutes for him to make the same sandwich and grilled cheese. And when he handed it to me, it was a sausage croissant. I handed it back, and he just took it off and put bacon on it. Ridiculous.
All that to say, it’s lovely if you aren’t there Sunday morning ?
(Adding on, he didn’t change his gloves even once, whole 20 minutes I was there)

Been coming here 2x a day for 30 years, ever since they moved from 73rd, and I've never had a problem. I've only found courteous, helpful, hardworking employees and a clean, well-stocked, well organized store. You guys are literally part of my LIFE!

Ok the QT kitchen is seriously a hidden gem like I can get a very nice lunch for under 6 bucks easily and the food is really really high quality like I've never been disappointed and I eat here pretty often cause it's convenient and I can get something decently healthy for way less instead of a overpriced burger at a fast food place. Also their fresh sandwiches are so good and definitely comparable to subway and they are cheaper. They also never skimp on the meat on their sandwiches. Overall I'm very impressed with QT and it's an awesome place to grab breakfast lunch or dinner before or after I go to work.

This QT needs a remodel bad. They need to built a new one Smh. The bathrooms are to small of old and ever feel or smell clean. I can't believe QT hasn't built a new or done a major remodel especially with the burger king building for sale next door

My class had a Sixty Party because we all turn sixty this year so we decided to buy QuikTrip gift cards for gas and had a raffle during the event. And everything went well with the party and the raffle. This is when we had an unfortunate situation one of the cards had no balance now you probably are saying maybe this person used the card but infact I know for sure it was not used because my sister won the card and she tried to use it the next day. So I had gotten a card for being on the committee. So I had to give her my card. Her card was for twenty-five and my card was worth twenty, so I had to put five dollars with hers to make it right. Im writing this to say if you buy these cards you wouldn't think you need to check them before you leave the store but you might want to. This is not the first time this has happened to me I purchased one from gates and I gave it to a friends mother and when she tried to use it it had an empty balance. The thing about these situations you loose the money you spend on the cards and it's embarrassing for the one you give the card which is embarrassing for you. So I would like to say be careful when you buy this gift cards especially if you buy more than one at the same time. I don't know if its cashier error or computer error but it happens. Thanks for taking my complaint.
