My tires were low on air pressure. My husband attempted to air them up but in the cold only ended up removing air. One was down to 18 lbs. Quick lane filled up all tires to the required pressure and did it quickly and at no charge. Great experience- thanks!!

Overcharged $100 for a fuel filter. Once I questioned they took off $100. Check your invoices thoroughly. Don’t assume you’re never overcharged.

Very unsatisfied with the level of service or lack there of - whether major engine work or a simple state inspection- they have always fallen short - I will not be using their services

Very disappointed. I received a l teeter in the mail regarding an extended warranty and recall for my car. Scheduled an appointment online and when I Input information it populated the recall information. Show up to my appointment this morning and was first told they weren't doing any of those repairs. Upon questioning she asked for a manager who then told me that they couldn't do the repair because my engine light wasn't on, even though the letter stated "exhibiting symptoms" which my car was. The service manager was rude and not helpful. I left without service.

The service department does not follow testing protocols and will change parts that do not need to be changed then require that you pay for them. I'll never go back.

Great atmosphere. It never takes that long. Said 1 1/2 hrs. Less than an hour. Great people all around. I always have a good experience.

I had a good experience buying a used car, until after I signed the papers. We noticed a crack in the windshield when we were ready to leave. The salesman said they would fix it or replace the windshield. I forgot my sunglasses in my trade-in and contacted our salesman 10 minutes after we left the dealership, he said he would grab them. I called back about 1 1/2 weeks after the purchase to check on the title, an appointment to fix the windshield and my sunglasses. The title wasn't ready, which was fine, but my salesman informed me that they wouldn't fix the windshield and he never grabbed my sunglasses, so he couldn't help me out.I left a bad review on the survey I received. It was for the service department and not sales, so I left it anyways. The SERVICE DRIVE MANAGER contacted me because this affected his department and said he would do whatever it took to make me happy. His only request was that I give them all 5's on the follow-up survey. He said that he would help me out on fixing the windshield and he would also cover replacing my sunglasses. I thought that was great, so I filled out the follow-up survey.Obviously, I should have waited to fill out the follow-up survey, since the SERVICE DRIVE MANAGER will now not return my calls.Lesson learned, always get things in writing, since you can't trust anything you were verbally told!!!

Showed up for my 9am appointment to get an oil change. Left at 10:30am without any service done because they told me there was 2-3 cars still in-front of me. Why is it called quick lane and why set an appointment if its 2 hrs later?
