Good place to stay if you have an early flight out of KCI. By no means 5 star, but was clean, convenient, and shuttle to the airport leaves at 3 a.m.. Allows long-term parking, as well.

Clean, great rooms as always. I had an early flight and there was already a hot breakfast at 4 am. That was awesome.

This was an interesting place. There was evidence of money spent on improvements directly next to things desperately in need of attention. So perhaps it’s a work in progress. But for example, the bathtub and shower in my room had just been re-tiled. The tile was very nice and competently installed. Somehow they failed to install a soap dish. it doesn’t sound like a big thing until you don’t have one. And they appear to be understaffed. Finally, they charged my card $15 for each day I was there and I haven’t figured out what it was for yet.

Don’t stay here. For all of you who are choice customers, don’t be fooled. This is a dated, run down Quality Suites. The price was lower than normal, which should have alerted me. But even for this brand it was rough. Dirty room, non existent staff, juice machine and coffee machine out of service. Pool/workout room out of service. Can’t use entrance doors at the ends, even with key card. Choice should disassociate with this place.Location is only good thing but there are numerous other choices near the airport.This should only serve as a last resort type stop. T J

There's no pool no hot tub my car got broken into my crossbow was stolen the only thing I can say it was a cheap hotel you get what you pay for

Spacious rooms, right next to the airport, and good value for the low rate. Breakfast was a decent variety and room was clean and maintained.

Only thing good about this place, is location the the airport. We had to switch rooms because of bugs. We called and asked about the pool, whi h was open, and it is permanently closed. And the staff kept hitting on my wife.

Found a bed bugs in the pillow not a Pleasant stay this place need a remodel from the parking lot to landscape an don't get me started on the outdated interior uncomfortable stay never again

The hotel was rundown, dreary and not very clean. There was no soap... there was shampoo and conditioner but literally no soap with which to wash your hands. Disappointing experience.

It took an hour to get checked into the hotel after our flight. Then, our room didn't have any bedding for the pull put couch so we had to go back to front desk and wait 30 min to get bedding. The bathroom was dirty and stained and there was black mold on the shower curtain. Took 15 min to get hot water in the shower and had a drain issue with the shower and sink holding water.

Definitely took the longest I’ve ever seen to get checked in. When you’re tired & looking for a room, you’re expecting a fast check in & check out. The place is somewhat outdated too. But I guess it’s a place to sleep for a little while anyways.

Wish I had seen the reviews before...everything they have stated was and is true. I mean luckily we didn't spend much time in the hotel but for the price and experience. 100% go somewhere else
