This is definitely a scam. I ordered 2 bats from justbatsusa.com which has the same address. They sent a tracking they were delivered to our cluster mailbox, which can't hold bats, and took my money. My new goal in life is to make their life very inconvenient. "Just Bats USA located at justbatsusa.com is a fake online store claiming to sell bats, baseballs, gloves, mitts, catcher and training aids equipment. Therefore, online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped at the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded."

I ordered two bats to send to my cousins. They waited 2 days to tell me there was an issue with my order to call, so I did. They told me they had to confirm the shipping address because it was different from the billing address. After confirming it once they told me everything was okay. 2 days later I still have no tracking number so I can in again where I am hounded with the same questions regaining the addresss. They then said they couldn't send it out because I wasn't the card holder and they haven't spoke to the card holder so they couldn't send it out. (The card holder is my mom.) so I responded telling them I can put them in touch with the card holder would you like to speak with her, to which the responded yes and they called her and she confirmed everything. All of this work 5 days just for them to tell me they couldn't ship my item. And when I emailed them I told them I didn't understand the issue we did everything they asked, they just differed the email to another employee to short answer me telling me the same thing that they couldn't ship it without explaining why.
