Robert literally made my dreams come true and is a hero in my world.. He had some difficult hoops to jump through with me and He did everything in his will power to let me to be able to get my first home ever! Words cannot express the feeling I have to be able to achieve my dreams because of this guy and other staff members such as Holly. I was introduced to this team by someone else that went through them and I didn’t feel it was possible but this person informed me that Robert will make it happen! And here I am, sitting in my new house! If I ever need this kind of assistance in the future, these will be my people for sure! I highly recommend this team and especially Robert Scarbrough! Robert was an absolute blessing for my family and I! He was very thorough, attentive, and responsive. He was more than just a guy to get us our loan, he treated us like family and helped us with every step of the process. As a first time home buyer, my first choice was Veterans United as they seemed to be a reputable company for Veterans. But… I’d highly recommend shopping around because Veterans United was NOT the best deal for me… PrimeLending was. PrimeLending works w/ veterans and utilizing their VA loan to its maximal potential while giving you the best of rates and closing costs. Roberts a Marine Veteran and his expertise really shines through. He put up with myself an Army Veteran in a professional manner… LOL ?. He displayed “Prime” communication the whole way throughout the home buying experience. The PrimeLending platform was very comprehensive and easy to navigate through. As an Entrepreneur at heart myself I see this company doing more great things for many people!

This is to be our last home and we used Saul and his team on the recommendation of our realtor, David Williams.Saul and his team always made us feel welcome and relaxed. What a smooth process, everything was done thru email and electronic signatures until the actual closing where a notary was required. At this point the notary actually came to my home for the final step and all this was arranged by Ms Lewis. My loan agent Christina Lewis was so professional. She kept me updated during every phase of the process as well as what to expect in the next phase. She made the process so simple and fast. The Process started the last week in May with an inquiry email from me & we closed 3.5 weeks later. Prime Lending is definitely a great choice for purchase/refinancing a home and speaking from personal experience ask for Christina Lewis, she wont disappoint.
