I didn't know they were there. The lady who does my alterations at Sister's told me. It's nice to know they are so close to where I live. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They did a great job on my suit. Turnaround was quick. Very pleased.

Customer service was very good. I have used Pride Cleaners for well over 20 some odd years. I did take advantage of the comforter sale as I do each year. I picked up both yesterday, however one of the comforters does not smell clean nor does it look clean. I have been trying to reach the pride cleaner store on Antioch Road in gladstone, Missouri all day long and no one is answering the phone. I want to bring this comforter back in and have it released. I'm not sure what happened this go around, however I'm very disappointed and now need to go all the way back to the store to get this done. I wish someone would answer the phone!

A not-so-good experience on the first pick-up. However, when I returned my military jacket to show a different attendant that the sewing/stitching of the lining hadn't been completed, she acknowledged the error, apologized, and made sure the error was corrected. P.S. She also informed me that the first person that handled my request is no -linger working there. Many thanks. Reuben
