I’ve been coming here for years. For a reason…they’re super fast with my clothes. Accurate, and I’m worry free about incidents. I’ve used other cleaners where my shirts have been damaged, pants torn, missing items etc. Never at this location. They’re affordable, friendly, and convenient. Join their program, you get a garment bag to bring your stuff in, and they even have an after hours drop where you can just drop your bag in!Services: Laundry wash & fold

4th issue since moving here. Took trench coat for cleaning with belt, came back just as dirty and wrinkled and no belt. Found belt and still charge $13 for my inconvenience of going back multiple times to get the belt on top of reporting issues. Pride tagged it wrong and made it seem like it was my fault. I am done with this location on Flintlock!

Never had any issues been using Pride Cleaners at Shoal Creek for 5 years. All items are clean and pressed perfectly.

Posting this review because I just want my wedding dress back!! I took my wedding dress with a top piece in for preservation on June 1st. It is now July 13th and have yet to pick it up because we keep getting the runaround that “it’s not ready”. The last time my husband went in to try to pick it up he said everyone in the facility was completely clueless as to what happened and where it’s located. Every time we call the store we get the same run around. Just save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Very Happy with my 16 years of service at Pride Cleaners-Shoal Creek. Always prompt and quick service. The Manager of this store is always friendly and courteous. When ever there is an issue with a particular item of clothing, it is resolved right away. Highly Recommend.Services: Alterations

If I could give zero stars I would. This place destroyed our comforter. That’s not even the worst part. The manager we spoke to in regard to this issue was incredibly rude. She told us “it’s what you signed up for, it happens.” Are you serious? No apology. No curtesy what so ever. When I asked questions she got frustrated and told me she had a customer and hung up the phone. Do not use this place.Edit: the manager at HQ took care of our issues with the comforter and was much more responsive than our initial interaction w the particular branch manager.
