I always have an amazing experience when I bring anything here. I needed a zipper clasp fixed quickly as well as a cleaning and they were able to get it done and perfect in just two days. I was so impressed.

It was probably my own fault for taking a leather vest to a dry cleaning shop to have patches sewn on. But I took pictures of exactly where I wanted them and sent the pictures with the vest. So they flip flopped 2 patches and the patch I wanted on the front of my vest they sewed my pocket shut, now I can’t use one of my pockets. If I would have known that I would have had them sewed it in a different spot. No one told me I would lose a pocket. I paid 259 dollars to have these put on. I would have thought sending pictures with the vest there was no way they could mess that up. And I wish someone would have contacted me before they sewed my pocket shut and explained to me I would be losing a front pocket.

I don’t like being told my stuff needs to be picked up. I know it there. Recently I droppped off an expensive Tommy Bahama silk shirt. It was laundered and ironed with starch. Not happy about that

Rolled up at 5:59pm. Doors were still open, employee smiling at his phone. Came outside and said he shut down for the night and I should have came 30 seconds sooner. We both looked at our clocks. Still not 6pm. I asked him to see if he could turn it back on, needed to pick up. He walked inside and came back out and said sorry it's shut down and went back to sitting in his chair, smiling at his phone. Seriously??
