Initially everything was great. Good communication with the owner. I love my car. When we went to test drive, the owner specifically told us it has new tires and new front suspension. A week or two after purchasing the car, I started getting an air suspension error and it was the front suspension that was having issues. My partner and I have called and emailed several times since purchasing the car in April and have gotten zero response. I understand the car was purchased as is. I wasn't asking him for anything but the name and number of where he had the suspension done so we could take it to the same place it was replaced and have it checked out. Thankfully that's the only thing wrong with the car. Just very disappointed the owner isn't even willing to return a phone call or answer an email with that info.

I purchased a '14 BMW 535i xDrive from Steve for a great price. The car has higher mileage, but is in immaculate condition. The experience was great, he allowed us to test drive the car and look it over/ask questions before making a deal. It truly felt like one car guy selling to another car guy, no BS or shady dealership sales tactics. You can have confidence that the cars he sells are thoroughly looked over and serviced to bring them up to peak operation. I was able to get in the car and drive it the nearly 300 mile trip back home with no issues whatsoever. I can recommend anyone in the used car market to check out his selection and buy with confidence!Thanks again Steve!

I bought a 2012 Audi S4 from Steve in December, 2019. The information gathering and purchase was simple, quick and transparent. Steve was upfront, honest and worked hard to make the transaction smooth and hassle-free. I paid a deposit to hold the car, flew in, signed the paperwork and drove it home. Unfortunately, my home state DMV was not as helpful, but Steve stepped in and worked hard AFTER THE SALE and with very little leverage to obtain the extra paperwork the DMV demanded. He definitely went above and beyond!

Bought Land Rover for my wife, Steve is a solid guy with a great selection of used cars. After some initial hiccups on what we knew was a known issue with these trucks ( timing chain), Steve went above and beyond to “Make it right”. Steve (owner) is a great guy. I purchased a vehicle while I still lived in England and he held the car for a month until I arrived and met me to pick up the vehicle. The car and my customer experience was spectacular. I highly recommend Prestige Motor Werks!
