Preferred Physical Therapy is the place to go when you need physical therapy treatment. All the staff are friendly and helpful. They treat you like family. I recommend everyone to get the 5star treatment @ PPT.

Having done my research prior to my first appointment, I was prepared to be impressed with Preferred Physical Therapy. I was not expecting to be absolutely gobsmacked by the personal attention, welcoming atmosphere, and such an overall positive experience.It all started with Ashley, the receptionist, whose ebullient personality and welcoming presence made me feel right at home. We chatted, tended to the business of a first-time patient, and ended the conversation with me feeling like I had a new friend.Dr. Janeisha ("Jay") Griggs, DPT, was prompt in welcoming me to my appointment, listened intently and actively to my situation, never interrupting; interjecting for clarification when needed. She was in no hurry, which has been a complaint at other practices, and made me feel like I was the only patient that mattered at that moment. Pelvic Floor Therapy is rather sensitive in nature, and she handled it like a champ. I felt comfortable and respected throughout. She has very keen observation skills, and She gave me very practical and do-able exercises, again taking time to make sure I understood how to do them. She receives my highest recommendation!Moreover, when I checked out, Ashley had taken the time to hand-write a card, thanking me for coming in and trusting them with my therapy needs.Wow.

This is a new experience for me starting physical therapy. I'm not much of an athlete but I've had an injury to where I need help. Deepika & the fellow strong staff have been excellent with guiding me on this new journey of healing. Feeling very grateful and motivated to work on my pain and have a new way of life. Excellent Therapist. Extremely courteous and very professional. Always has the patient's health in the forefront of our sessions. I have made a lot of improvements with my knee after surgery. I was here for therapy for my hand as well And have had great success with my range. Deepika Tarali does a great job with my therapy sessions. Every staff member is great at this clinic.

Your 25.00 no show fee is ridiculous. My mom is 81 years old. She fell several times at the nursing home. I called a few hours before my appointments and was told by Ashley that it was ok. I was charged 75.00 for no show fees for emergency issues with my mom. I would not recommend this place.

Deepika Tarali is my physical therapist. She is helping as both knees have arthritis. Deepika is a real professional. She is very knowledgeable. She has been extremely supportive. She takes the training at a pace that works for me. She is kind and gentle with her instructions. I have made progress under her guidance. I am very impressed with her. Recommend her to anyone who the help of physical therapy David Showalter
