This is my “down the street” gas station and they are ALWAYS so nice. One employee went out into the parking lot because I let him know I was being cat called. Just now the chip reader wasn’t working and the owner was checking me out. I was on my quick 15 minute break from work and grabbing a soda \u0026 Red Bull. We couldn’t get the chip reader to work and it was my only form of payment. He personally covered my purchase for the day! I will absolutely be paying him back during my next trip. For being sort of in a sketchy area, I am super grateful for this staff!

I was charged 1.40 for a cup of ice water. An ice cup is .25 but they charge an extra 1.15 for water. What a rip off and the cashier was extremely rude.

Male staff is blatantly rude to customers(not only have i experienced it 1st hand more times than i care to recall but i have watched his interactions with MANY other customers as well as heard countless customers talkijg about and complaining about their freshly aquired experience in making his unpleasant acquaintance), bathroom was horrendous and same male staff member couldn't have cared less when informed.. His exact response was, "I'm not guna worry about it." This same employee has lost this location of pour boys countless customers just that i personally know of, and even though we live close enough to see it from our home we avoid ever utilizing this gas station for ANYthing unless there's absolutely no choice. The newer staff members they have hired recently are night and day different in there customer services but we still avoid our neighborhood convenience store and go out of our way daily JUST due to this particular A**.

The place isn't very clean. The staff refuse to wear a mask properly(They wear it under their chin or below their nose) and do not enforce the mask mandate. That tells me how much they care about their customers health and safety. The prices are high, like most gas stations. The drink machine is generally messed up in one way or another. Too much flavor, too much seltzer, etc.

Only use the gas pumps. Stopped going because of the video ads they have playing. Returned because I forgot how annoying they were.

Just walked out to go to Red X. Tried to tell employee where my brand of cigarettes are. That’s why she couldn’t find them. She replied she knows that. My daughter was with me. Guess she rolled her eyes because I was waiting to pay for her bag of chips. Bad customer service.

Management needs to teach their employees that customers come first. If a call comes during a customer transaction, say please hold, finish the transaction and THEN help the caller, don’t answer the call and and help the caller first. If the clerk is busy when the customer comes in, drop stocking the shelf that very moment and help the customer, don’t finish your stocking first! I overheard the clerks talking about customers trickling in, well make the customer first, especially in the morning when people are on the way to work. Make the transaction short and polite. You can be sweet as can be but if you’re slow, that’s going to run a customer off like it did me.
