If I could give ZERO stars I would. My husband purchased 2 spots in a class for Nov 12th as a birthday surprise for me and 1 guests. We arrived only to be told we couldn't join the class (that had already been paid for) because WE didn't personally purchase them. Again... IT WAS A SURPRISE BIRTHDAY GIFT. Totally unacceptable. That literally makes NO SENSE.

My bother and I set up an appointment for my sis in law and her friend to have an hour session. They went to the class today and was tuned away because they did not make a profile. A profile was already for both of them and the money was paid. I feel like this place is a scam!!

I took a Tuesday afternoon open pole class with Mary that I really enjoyed. I am extremely new to pole and mostly practice at home. Mary was so kind and welcoming, plus a great instructor. She made sure to spend some time giving me pointers and encouraged me and cheered me on when I tried them out. Normally I would feel stupid for not knowing what I don't know, but she didn't make me feel that way. I'm excited to keep practicing what I learned today and hope to make it back to the studio again.Thank you!

Was given directions to arrive 10 minute early as not to "cut into party time" for our private party. I arrived 20 minutes early in hopes of decorating and setting up snacks for our party. No one was present at the desk upon my arrival, and when people did trickle out, no one acknowledged me; it was unclear who was a class member or employee. When our instructor finally arrived (10 minutes past the start time for our party) there was little to no direction other than asking us to sign in. She did finally ask if we wanted to "set up" as I had a cooler and obvious party supplies with me. I set up in under 10 minutes; we received approximately 40 minutes of instruction and the entire experience felt disorganized. We did have a good time, but no employee gave the impression of being "in charge". In the future it would be helpful if someone were there upon guests' arrival and prepared to direct the experience. Even if an instructor isn't the one hosting the party/class, it would be beneficial to engage with guests and at least assist/assure them of the process ahead. The text directing us to the location WAS helpful as we may not have found the location otherwise; it's a nondescript door next to a restaurant and tattoo parlor.

I can’t recommend Pole Worx enough! Did the chair dance only party last night with my sisters and it was a BLAST! Julie is an amazing teacher, and one of my sisters said she’s also excellent at instructing pole dancing classes too. It was a lovey, classy, but super sexy way to workout with my sisters AND learn a fun chair dance routine to impress our husbands. Julie was so encouraging, giving those of us—who aren’t super confident in our dancing skills—more confidence to do something different and spice up our lives a bit. One last thing I will add is that these classes are for women of ALL ages—there isn’t such thing as TOO OLD. Our love lives with our husbands are meant to get better as we age, not grow dull. God made intimacy with our spouses to me a pure, delightful thing that is supposed to be fun and exciting for both husband and wife. So if you have been putting off going to Pole Worx because of your age or your afraid of what people will think, let me reassure you that you won’t regret meeting Julie and learning something wonderful and new like this!

We came to Pole Worx for a bachelorette party and we had a blast!! It was everyone’s highlight of the weekend!! Our instructor was Paige and we couldn’t have imagined a better instructor! She had an awesome attitude, was totally patient with us, and she made us feel comfortable as beginners! All of us are still sore after this weekend? I will definitely be coming back!!

We did the pole and chair dance combo class with Julie for a bachelorette party and it was AMAZING!!! Julie is so funny and makes you feel comfortable if you feel out of your comfort zone!

I was very dissatisfied with our experience. Nicky was very rude to our bachelorette group. There was no enthusiasm or engagement with our group. She seemed very annoyed to be teaching our class. Very disappointing.

Went too a happy hour for beginners and it was a blast! I have always wanted too do a class and so glad I did. I will be going back for another. They also do private parties and liquid motion floor dancing, which I plan on trying next.

am an advanced athlete, I have been training pole dance for more than 7 years. When I came to the first lesson with the subscription already paid, I was informed that I must first attend 3 intro to the pole classes, then 20 hours of beginner, and only then can I attend intermediate. Other classes have nothing to do with the pole and are not worth that kind of money. intro the pole is the most boring class, where showing elementary twists and holds for beginners. Why can't I choose classes for myself??!!!!

I arrived exactly at the appointed time, but the door was closed and there was an announcement on the door that after the start of classes I could not enter, although I arrived exactly and I paid the money, I knocked on the door for 10 minutes, my knock was simply ignored, such an inhuman attitude I never met. Is it normal?!

Started off my bachelorette party here for a private class and it was so fun! The instructor made everyone feel confident and every move she taught us, she catered to our different dancing abilities. I’d definitely go back!

Absolutely love this place! I've worked out here for a number of years, and the instructors are experts, safety is priority, and they make sure you're strong enough before attempting a new move. The non pole classes are just as fun, and great cross conditioning. I especially enjoy yogalates and chair dancing! I've been to a bachelorette party here, too. Super fun, basic spins and we learned a little dance routine. Overall, a great experience and definitely recommend!! It's like home.

If I could give 0 stars I could. The instructors are focused on their friends and members only. The first time I went the instructor was 30 min late and I wouldn’t mind if it wasn’t 20 degrees outside. I was talking to an employee over the PHONE about how I THINK I would only buy a 3 month membership. Before I went in to sign anything they took my money and started the contract before I signed anything. I obviously was not happy so I said cancel that contract and give me money back and they could keep the money from the 3 classes I attended. They refused and made me pay for a month membership. I want to add, I tried a dance class. During the WHOLE CLASS the instructor had to look at videos so she could teach us the dance. Such a waste of time and money.

The classes were very fun and engaging! If you’re nervous about going for any reason please try not to be! The instructors do their very best to help EVERYONE feel comfortable, confident, and sexy in their own skin! They really want you to have fun and try new things. I’d highly recommend! The only reason I removed a star was for the somewhat unclear contracts and their renewal process. If you’ve signed one make sure you ask for a physical copy and note that when the end of the contract is reached it will auto renewal if you don’t give written notice.
