I have been a successful Real Estate Agent with Platinum Realty for over 10 years. I do appreciate the higher pay rate that I receive and my choices that I have to schedule my fee charges to clients based on each particular transaction and person. The online tools and systems allows me to move to the closing without any problems. It was a great business decision for me.

The company seems very knowledgeable and professional. They had a website easy to navigate and get information from. I just wish there was more of a consistency to the photos that are available for viewing of the listings/property they represent. I notice this issue with most of the realtors websites I been utilizing looking for a house. How can you list a 3 bedroom , 2.5 bath , basement and detached garage for sale with 5-6 pictures....all outside?

So the Realtor was okay, she dropped the ball on communication a few times, I had to do a lot of my own research...After a couple of my friends closed on their homes with gifts from their Realtor, I felt shorted:( no big deal, but it would've been nice to get at least little gift, even in Covid like I see everyone else in pictures happy with home gifts .Those little things will mean a lot to buyers.

He diligently went over all the details and he went above and beyond to make us satisfied. He made buying a house a breeze and I cannot recommend him enough.

I've been here for a little over a year, and held off on writing a review so as to give an honest testimonial.Without a doubt, if you are a self starter, driven, and experienced agent, Platinum is the place for you. They provide all the support, training, events, etc as most other brokerages, without taking 20k-30k of your money every year.I'm MORE than pleased with Platinum, and think that these agent-centric models of brokering are the wave of the future.

David Hoops helped me find the perfect condo fitting my unique criteria. Even if I looked for another place today; I don't think i could have found a condo that accommodated my wheelchair accessibility needs any better. He was patient throughout the process and willing to go above and beyond of what was expected.
