Don't waste your time or money. Awful attitude. She told me she'd call me the day before school started so I could have our 3 backpacks and 3 lunch boxes. I told her if she couldn't do it we would not want it, since we had no other backpacks. It would be ok. She said she'd call me the day before school started which she never did. I called and she say they were done but I'd have to come tomorrow since she was closing the site for the day. She had an awful attitude saying she didn't promise me anything when she knew I had no backpacks for my kids to go to school. She did not care as an individual or as a business owner who cares about her customers. To top it off she messed up one of the pottery barn lunch boxes (which are not cheap). She offered to reimburse me for the lunchbox (not for the embroidery) but at this point I was already so frustrated I just wanted her out of my life. I still have no clue why this lady treated me the way she did. Never again!

What a perfect, little shop in Waldo! I stopped in to buy a gift for a friend who just had a baby. So many cute items. The owner was very knowledgeable about colors and styles for the monogram. My gift turned out so cute and my friend loved it! I cannot wait to go back!
