My first experience at this location was superb. My husband and I did the couples Valentine's painting where our pictures of our trees put together create a heart. We went last night to paint spring sunset picture and the instructor was AWFUL. She didn't seem to know what she was doing as a painter and an instructor. She kept trying to hide her inadequacy behind her ever constant phrase, "This is for fun guys.". She rushed everything, skipped several steps, and the end result was so disappointing. 1) I really would like my moner back but know that will not be likely. 2) would like to know who the instructors are from now on. If I had known how bad this instructor was I would have picked the other class that painted whales. Which I saw those people leave with really accurate nice pieces.Response to Owner of Pinots Pallets of Briarcliff:Actually I looked into becoming one of your instructors before. I stated clearly to the group of artist teaching on Valentine's Day that I had no formal training but had been painting for a decade. They said, "oh you don't have to have an art degree. You'll get shown what to do once hired. Just need to have an entertaining personality."
