…today 8/28/24 9:30 am , idk but personal and Maneger in very bad mood , anything what me asking I got answer NO , they yelling on me , Maneger Marina first then another worker Linda , hey Pilot what’s going on HERE , I got three drivers and every body stressed here !!!! No screen for drivers where is line to shower . What’s wrong with this location?????!!!!

Just in case management cares…I would stop here weekly for gas just for the convenience of it being right next to my work, “IF” your employees would bother to keep receipt paper in the pumps. As it is, I gas up here…MAYBE…once every 1-2 years, only when I’m so low on gas that I don’t think I would make it to QT (who is NEVER out of paper). How many other people’s business do you lose just because of the laziness (or mis-management) of employees? If management/owner or corporate cares, then please fix this problem.

I'm not much of a fan of pilot/ flyin J. I'm more of a love's customer. The point system is much better. I'm at diamond status and get free showers and refills on coffee and sodas. When I fuel up, I make about $5 or $6 in points.... sorry, but love's just know how to keep there customers happy. Plus my company only wants us fueling up at love's. Which I like.

I was charged for my advance when I should have been this woman talking about I only have penny in points excuse me no I don’t I had 20.00 luckily I know what type of city I’m in so it was to be expected 1.50 or not she know she was wrong and I’ll will be letting the manger know because for me it’s the principle not the money

Too small to be a truck stop...good thing there is a Loves across the street...funny they are for 4wheelers kinda Pilot but 1 truck fuels between $650-$1200 more alike and 4wheelers my guess would be $10-$80..so without the trucks that were limited on parking this store wouldn't be making what it does.....

Very friendly staff and they have a lot of cool souvenirs. From bumper stickers, chakra stones, shot glasses, keychains, different kinds of sage and even Disney stuffed animals.
