The veterinarians here are very kind and attentive to their furry patients. The tech and veterinarians do a great job of explaining everything so you can understand it as well as spending time with your pet to really get to know them.

They are very understanding with my pet. He is high strung but the ladies there take care of him. They are also checking up on him to see how he is going after being seen for happy tail. The care he receives makes a big difference to me.

I paid Dr.(-??) Sims a decent amount of money, for me to unknowing let her cause my Lhasa Apso dog to suffer a great deal needlessly. My little Lhasa had a very deep & rasping cough coming from deep in one of her lungs, and Sims said "oh she will be fine, she just needs to lose some weight". We put Izzy on a diet and she did lose some weight. Meanwhile, the cough continued to get worse. Two weeks after having taken her to Simms we took our Lhasa to another vet, who very 1st thing he "immediately" ordered chest x-rays (Simms did not think it was necessary). Within 10 minutes of having arrived, the vet told us that her coughing was the result of a large fist-sized tumor on one of her lungs, that was pressing against her diaphragm. Izzy was in considerable pain, and we had her euthanized. Subsequently, I called Picture Hills & left a message along w/ my phone number with the receptionist who said she would give it to Dr. Simms. Dr. Simms never even had the decency or class to return my call. A simple "I'm sorry" or any sort of condolences at all would have been appreciated.

Love it here! They are very attentive and have taken great care of my puppy. They spend any time answering questions and are very thorough. Even sent a hand-written thank you and welcome card! So sweet! Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about this veterinary practice! They genuinely care for my dog, Molson. From vaccinations to coughs to emergencies, they always take the time to answer my questions and show concern.

Dr. Sims is one of the most amazing vets we've ever had the pleasure of working with. I moved here from California two years ago, and really struggled with finding a knowledgeable vet that we trusted in caring for our little fur baby. From the moment we met her we knew she was the one. Her compassion for animals shines brightly. We are so grateful to have found her. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else. Thank you, Dr. Sims!

Dr. Sims is incredible! I moved here from LA with my sweet little fur baby, and was having a really difficult time finding a vet we could trust. I met Dr. Sims and instantly knew she was the one! Not only did she pull off an incredible surgery on my little senior citizen, but also went above and beyond throughout the process to make me feel as comfortable as possible. We were accidentally given a duplicate medication during the process and she went out of her way to bring me the correct medicine for my boy. We are so happy we finally found a vet we can trust! And she's super sweet!
