Coleen & Leah come up with great workouts, the people I sweat with are wonderful & that combination keeps me going back! I don't do well trying to exercise on my own, so Team Sparkle is a blessing. It is great to see new faces so come & check us out. It feels wonderful to be strong & healthy!

I love the structure of classes. I never get bored and they are challenging workouts. Coleen is supportive and creates an atmosphere where you want to keep pushing yourself. There's also a great community that attends the classes. Very inclusive and people are welcoming to all.
