“Ok yall- this car wash is the skinniest one I have ever been in. It does a good job, but my Yukon wheels were RUBBING the metal guides both sides, they’re wide tires but don’t stick out from the car so what in the heck. Very tiny car wash for wide vehicle.”

“Pretty decent and clean little gas station for the same club, will say it’s sometimes refuels at the oddest moments, but always see an attendant who can and will help someone whenever they need help. Overall 4 out of 5 because there usually is a cheaper option in independence Sam’s club gas station. But pretty decent gasPrice here too, Walmart down the street is cheaper sometimes which is kinda confusing.”

“I have had to move a couple of times in the last couple of years And don't have a car so Needed to walk to pick up my scripts. The CVS at 50th and Main Kansas City MO 64112 and the CVS in Liberty MO on Kansas St., Both had some pretty rude people and people that made mistakes on bottle size and type of cap I requested and needed. But THIS CVS inside Target I have used on Barry Road KC MO the last 3 months or so, have been the most helpful, friendly, & stay nice with my questions. They also pay attention to the computer notes re bottle size and ty of cap. Each & every person I've dealt with in person AND over the phone at THIS Store has always been kind, helpful and cheerful!! 3 years or so ago when I used the CVS on Swift, NKC MO, were also really nice and paid attention to the notes! I was SO dissatisfied w/ the Liberty and Main St. Stores that I almost left CVS after 20 years or so for Walgreens! 1 of the girls at Liberty store at drive thru (my sister was picking up for me) specifically asked if all the bottles have the east open caps. The employee looked in the bag & said YES. But ONLY 1 had the right kind!”

“Most people will not be coming to this Walgreens unless you have been recently hospitalized at Research Medical Center. However, of all the Walgreens I have worked with for prescriptions over the years, this one is the best. They staff are kind and attentive. While I was hospitalized a pharmacist came up to my room and explained each medication, the side effects and the importance of why I am taking that particular medicine with my condition. I still have some of my maintenance prescriptions at a closer Walgreens, but with my Anti Rejection Meds for Kidney Transplant, the only ones I trust to get them to me on time with no delays or not understanding some of the complicated insurance issues involved is the Research Medical Walgreens staff.”

“This Walgreens is inside the Truman Behavioral Health Center. The staff who work here I are very service oriented, and very friendly, ... they are a blessing to interact with any day.
As far as I know all their clients are people who buy meds here are clients of Truman although it's my understanding there are few outside folks who pick up their medications here because of the location
that's an FYI for you.”

“Hy-Vee is a one-stop grocery store for anything you may need to make some tasty meals. They just remodeled and now have huge candy section smack dab in the middle of the store. If you like candy, just stop by to get what you need. They do need to work on their catering service as they have completely messed up orders multiple times. However, that didn't stop me from giving them 5 stars. The people are generally friendly, it's expensive but you can get what you need and move on with your day.”
“I bought hearing aids from Costco five years ago at the advice of an audiologist. They have been the most knowledgeable, helpful, kind courteous patient people I have ever dealt with and you can't even touch the price because the hearing aids at Costco are not sold on the market, I love the people there. They're great if I have any kind of trouble with them, they have me within two hours.”
“Was always a nice store. But the new employees aren’t that great. They don’t great like the old staff and aren’t as friendly. Just base minimum wage people. Miss when they were always friendly and happy to see you. I stopped going here as their prices jumped up too much on everything.”

“I have been coming to this pharmacy for a few years. I love it here. It is a pharmacy that serves less customers as say CVS so I love how quiet, quick, and efficient they are. I have worked in a few pharmacies in my career and love getting my meds filled here. They are professional, friendly, and try their best to take care of your needs. I also have a Target Pharmacy Rewards card that sends me coupons in the mail. I got 10% off of a flat screen t.v. this year with it!”
“The pharmacy is amazing! There's only one person but they're very nice and efficient. There's never a line when I go, so it's usually a quick in and out. Once, they filled some prescriptions on the same day, they had said to come back in 10 mins and they were done before then too.”

“Living nearby, we use this CVS (downtown, 9th and Main) all the time and for almost everything, it's great. I note that Pharmacy hours have been reduced, and that is not so good, but in my case it doesn't make a difference. All of the pharmacy employees are super nice, and do a great job.
The employees here are all great. There is no problem in this regard. However, I'm dismayed that since the management, or whoever is really in charge, installed self-checkout and reduced the number of employees, the store has become less than ideal.
Self-checkout is self-checkout--it's never that good, and it's typical at this CVS. And with a small staff, otherwise, sometimes just one person, you sometimes feel you have no option but to use it.
The last time I shopped here, I stood and watched a woman only pretend to scan one of her items, and thereby stole it from the store. As in every other business with self-checkout, I'm sure we all pay for this type of theft in the long run.
I hope this store stays open as it fills an important niche here downtown, and I hope they return to the more commonsense business model of hiring people to do a job right and serve their community while still making a profit.”

“It was a stressful morning, trying to get my son’s medication going back and forth, waiting in the drive-through due miscommunication and misunderstanding about the medication itself, but I tell you my pharmacy tech Jaywanna no matter how long it took she handled everything professionally with patients. I can tell that she cares about her job and the people that she serve thank you so much for being you truly made my day and I did get my son’s. PS I love my Walgreen on my way to Prospect.”

“Had a really great experience today thanks to the ladies at the front. I needed to take a passport picture of my 1-year-old daughter who is terrified of everyone but her parents. The two women working the registers went above and beyond to make my kids comfortable while we tried to take a decent photo. I can't thank them enough for the amount of effort they went to for my kids and me. Really appreciate it! Beyond that, I've been coming here for years. “Sam's Club usually very consistent no matter what location you go to. Now a days there are pretty much no cashiers and all lanes are self checkout. I recommend downloading their app and doing the scan and go so you can skip the self checkout lines.”

“I love this pharmacy. My doctor recommended it over Walgreens due to communication and accuracy, and I’m so glad! Everyone is very friendly, my phone calls are answered right away, there is usually no delay in prescriptions, and if you live close enough they DELIVER for free! I don’t ever want to go with a big pharmacy again. I feel like a human being with these guys and not a number.”
