“I tell e.one about this place. They make having a pet affordable w the cost of shots less then half the price of a regular vet office. They are fast & friendly w a very effective way of processing their appointments w an easy to use website to schedule your appointment easily & they send out reminders every year when your pet is due for shots. They also have cat & dog food available for free for those who r in need as well as supplies like bowls, leashes, collars, cages even s.times.Great resource if u have pets!!”

“I am always afraid to start a new groomer just like your own hair stylist you don't know what you'll get right? I meet w Weston the groomer that we were very fortunate to get for my year old Goldendoodle. Ginger had been groomed before but the last time she was completely taken down to a poodle at a different grooming place and I was so shocked I could not talk. But Weston met w me I showed him the prior grooming pic saying I don't like that! He looked at her pointed out she had some matting but said he would do his best. Weston rocks....Ginger is beautiful! My husband and I love her look! Weston you are outstanding! Ginger has found a new man in her life in Weston!”

“This shop is 45 minutes from my apartment and I'll make the drive at least once a week. Pet-Topia is easily one of the best pet stores I've ever been to. I keep reef aquariums and this store can't be beat. Their prices are second to none, and their selection is phenomenal. On top of that, they have endless supplies, aquariums, and the staff are amazing. Not into aquariums? That's cool, they have anything and everything else you could ever need. Dog supplies, cat supplies, reptiles and amphibians, hamsters, and they send out special deals and offers on a daily basis. This place is the bees knees. Oh, and they have an aquarium with a bamboo and Epaulette shark. I mean how can you not enjoy the place?”

“Wow I am an inferior designer and have been wanting to visit her but I live 40min away. I have a big project that I'm working on so I decided to go. Looking for pottery I was pleasantly surprised to find a lot more. Over $1000 and 3 carts full of merchandise I highly recommend this place. On the other side of things I came in to contact with many employees and all except for the young man restocking and bringing in carts ALL the women were angry, rude, and/or stressed out. From management to the cashier. I've returned to the store 2 twice, and they are Mean. Someone needs to address their customer service. Thanks, Old Time for a great selection but please work on attitudes. Smile, thank your customer they are keeping the doors open.”

“My daughter found Po, this furry little teddy bear online at Petland. We were greeted by Cossette upon arrival. She pleasantly assisted us through the whole process. I had trouble locating my PL card to pay for the puppy. We had to call customer service to verify my account. Cossette handled the calls professionally and efficiently completed the transaction. She went out of her way to help pick all the items that came with the puppy package. Cossette made sure I understood all the details and answered all questions I had. She definitely represented Petland well. Cossette should be a manager! My daughter loves Po!”

“Love the Therapeutic shampoo. Really lathers well and is a lovely scent. I put it over my dog’s affected areas and leave it for a few minutes before rinsing and I notice less licking and scratching. Much cheaper than a vet visit and just as effective as an allergy shot.”
