Perfect Scents is a phenomenal and fun one-of-a-kind store in Kansas City selling perfume oils and essential oils. The owner, Nancy Pell, is gracious, kind and fun and is passionate about what she does!
My mom, dad and I used to come here and I have been buying various oils, sprays, soaps, and novelty items from Perfect Scents for years! China Rain is my favorite, and nobody blends it perfectly like Perfect Scents. People have stopped me numerous times to ask what perfume I am wearing and I love telling them about Nancy and Perfect Scents.
Thank you, Nancy, for creating the best unique perfume store in Kansas City!

I will have it to give 10/10 rating. The ladies are very friendly. They took the listen to customer and answer the questions. The perfumes are all pure natural oils..no alcohol in them. I purchased the white tea and definitely recommend it. I will not go back buying bottles of perfumes again.

First off for the men, THEY HAVE BOND NO.9!! And the fragrances i got, THEY ARE VERY POTENT AND LONG LASTING! 8Hrs in, its still very strong! The two ladies were so professional, helpful, and even gave samples of an item to me. This store will personally be the only place I shop to grab my personal fragrances and etc.There store has so many choices that it took a while to fully decide! This store BLEW MY MIND!! They have very cheap $20-30 prices with the fragrance house options being $200+, even can mix fragrances and made a custom fragrance with shampoo, lotion, hair spray etc. HANDS DOWN BEST STORE! I've rarely had my mind blown with stores but this one did. Wonderful store!

This is the sweetest little shop, tucked away right down the street from Andre's chocolate shop, it's treats are the kind you surround yourself with as luxuriant scents! Soaps, body, lotions, bath bombs, perfumes, and even custom-made perfumes. I'm always surprised at the unexpected things I find there. I go in looking for gifts, but never can resist getting something for myself.As big a draw for me, it's the last best place in town to find a terrific choice of greeting cards! For every occasion, for all ages and events, funny, poignant, touching and poetic. Again, I go in looking for a card and end up picking out for or five!And the lovely owner is gracious and welcoming. Really a fun place to stop in.

I've received a much warmer, friendlier service at an automated burger joint. That crusty owner gave me a frigid glance as if I robbed her crappy place when all I wanted was to buy a couple of Lovepop Christmas cards. After shopping at that mediocre excuse for a fragrance shop for some years... that was the final straw! They will not get a scintilla of a penny from me no more! I'm done with those South Plaza snobs for good!

The oli price is high but way Worth the convinced to go to buy when my supply low.Plus the staff is very friendly and oil not cut down to the point you can't smell them.still the best place in town for awsome service
