My boyfriend reserved a truck, no refunds allowed. But we can't get an answer when we call to try to get help about where to go to pick up, there are no clear signs for where to pick up, only returns. Very hassle filled. Do not book.

Avoid at all costs. There was garbage in the car when we got it and got charged another $100 on a single day work trip for other "fees" that should have been included in the price.

Rented and got hit with hidden fees and other things. When I called to ask the lady was rude to me. No customer service.
