I’ve been coming to Paradise for 10 years now and even after moving across town this is the only nail salon i will come to. I trust the staff, they are all pleasant, helpful, and thorough. Stephanie is amazing and always does her best to accommodate me when i call to schedule my manis and pedis. My mom started coming here based off of my recommendation and now this is the only nail salon she will use as well. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff, the customer service, and the way my nails look and feel after i leave.

I called Stephanie to schedule an appointment. She said that if I’m picky I should go somewhere else to have my gel removed and then come back to her for a manicure. Like seriously? Never in my life have I heard such a nonsense.Also, she was pretty hesitant about time and then told me that she has another person on the line and will call me back. 6 hours later I called her agin. And guess what? She told me that she doesn’t have her book with her and will call me back to schedule an appointment.Period.

I came here with my mom because of the high star ratings, but was very disappointed. Both our technicians acted like we were a nuisance to them. I read a lot of great reviews on Stephanie, so maybe she could give her coworkers some tips on customer service and general pleasantness. I usually like to leave a good tip, but didn't today.

Stephanie does a truly impeccable job with my acrylics and gel polish. I even have extremely curved nails, and she takes extra care to ensure the thickness of both the acrylic and color is uniform over my whole nail. I've been going for a full year and never had such consistently superb nail quality and service.

Just okay. I don't get pedicures very often because the cost is prohibitive. And tipping seems to be more of a hassle than the actual service performed.

I went to this location, to get a full set walk in or welcome. So that's what their sign said. Very rude lady at the desk states you need to make an appt I ask her you provide service with that of attitude. I told her no appt I will take my business else where the place was clean they act like they were being bothered. They are very nice nail salon ins the SKC area. If you cant just walk in take the sign off your front door.

I visited for the first time today and will definitely come back. I received the best manicure I've ever gotten and the service was excellent and so friendly.
