Excellent service, knowledgeable staff that took their time to explain the issue with my vehicle and the best alternative to address the issue. I would highly recommend this business.

Otto Service only works on Honda's, Acura's, and Toyota's. I have been a customer over 15 years. Their work is incapable. Employees are very professional. I never mind paying for excellent quality service.

Although I don't live in KC, this auto shop is my preference. This place has taken care of my family's cars for 20+ years. Anything I need done, that isn't urgent, I wait until I am in town and bring the car to Otto.
