Some of the nicest folks and incredibly helpful! We were in a bit of a pinch waiting on our insurance waiting for product approval, and just used the last bag and flange we had. A nice gentleman from the Ostomy Care Center was able to get us set up with what needed quickly. Also, the prices are amazing, especially compared some of the other local places/options.

Helped us on a Saturday even though they were technically closed. Needed an emergency bag while awaiting my insurance approval on an order. I couldn't recommend them enough, truly wonderful people.

Jen and Steve are wonderful. My mom has been a loyal customer of theirs for almost 35 years. She has faced a lot of challenges and they have worked to help her find solutions, being more valuable then her doctor in most instances. Don't know what we'd do without them as a resource.

This store is a blessing! The owner is a God send. I've never met people who take the time with their customers so tentatively and compassionately. Having a loved one with an ostomy is challenging enough, but the kind service you receive at Ostomy Care Center makes the process easier.

just what I needed in a near-emergency position. after very little instruction from the hospital, I have been attempting to learn how to help my aging mother with her new ileostomy. suddenly we were down to one extra pouch and panic set in, as we were clueless about how to order, what to order, and now to get reimbursed by Medicare.

I needed a particular item. I had previously ordered through the mail from someone else and the cost was about $5 which included shipping. The Ostomy Center's price was over $11. I bought one, since I needed it. The owner could not give me an explanation for the high cost. I found the same item at KC Medical Supply in Independence for about $5. Even though the Ostomy Center is near my office, I"ll not be back. They are too expensive......beware.
