“Needed new wheels on my Yukon because the stock chrome wheels had head leaks. Ordered everything online and PWPAC replaced and realigned, no questions asked. Fair price and didn’t have to deal with some corny sales rep like at Discount Tire or any other corporate tire shop, and we already know the dealerships overcharge. I’ll go back for sure.”

“As I pulled into the Bay Area I was greeted by Justin who assisted me into getting lined up- I almost lost my vehicle down the hole. When I started to freak out, Justin reassured me and sang me one of his favorite songs to make me feel better. Couldn’t have asked for a better attendant for this job! They let me know if/when there’s something I NEED to get replaced. If it can wait they will tell me that too and that shows that they aren’t just trying to get more money out of me. Great service and I will continue to be a loyal customer!”
“My tires were low on air pressure. My husband attempted to air them up but in the cold only ended up removing air. One was down to 18 lbs. Quick lane filled up all tires to the required pressure and did it quickly and at no charge. Great experience- thanks!!”
“Amazing service by such a kind mechanic! The woman who helped me was a complete joy and I can't wait to come back! This is one of the best valvolines I have been to but I do have ONE COMPLAINT:
There isn't a sign! This location has been here for over 5 years and they still don't have a sign for the road to let people know where to go. It's a very sma place, tucked away and the turn is slightly dangerous without knowing when it's coming up. There are trees and shrubs hiding the turn during the summer, which could cause accidents if people make last minute turns.
Was this by design or is this a simple oversight by corporate? Either way, this amazing store DESERVES its own Valvoline sign, especially after waiting for over 5 years!”

As I waited I could see they worked together as a team, constantly communicating with each other as they worked. They were all so kind, and it was a really enjoyable experience. I was really impressed by everyone - much more than I thought I would be. I usually have my vehicle serviced at the dealership and I've never had a positive experience like I had today. I hope you treat them well because at the end of the day it's the people and service that will bring me back.”

“The auto team absolutely saved me when I got a flat on a road trip and needed a whole new set of tires! They were incredibly helpful over the phone before I arrived, had the exact tires I needed in stock, and stayed late on a Friday to make sure that the new set was put on and that I could make it to my destination safely. I was in and out in 30 minutes!!”

“I was checking out at the automotive door and the security guy at the door told me that several stacks of tires were on sale for 20.00 a piece. He helped me look through several stacks of tires until we found 4 tires that fit my car. He then placed them behind the counter until I could get a vehicle to haul them home. I had just had tires put on my car at this location, a few months ago. When I need new ones, I will bring them back and have them installed. When I returned to pick them up he insisted on loading them fir me. Thanks Jim.”

He scheduled the repair, and the day of the repair my husband and I brought the car in and they got it fixed and back to us in record time.
