Hours everywhere are wrong - on Yelp, on Google, on their phone number. And they all have different hours. Have come twice now when it's closed. So annoying.

There is only 1-2 people that work here that are nice. Today, the cashier was just rude. I asked them "how are you today?". Conpletely ignored. They were getting frustrated with the system. Which I understand. I work in customer service. So I put up with their mumbling under the breath, the heavy sighs, up until they took my card out, because the reader wasnt working, and HELD onto it, and wiped it on their shirt, and then put it back in aggressively almost breaking my card. They could have told me to do that. And they continued to still be annoyed at the system and started getting annoyed at me when I was legit just standing there minding my business. I just wanted to buy my 2-3 items and get along with my day. Shout out to the workers there that are actually nice and can put up with co-workers like that.

Purchased a epson printer and it wouldn't print. Bought another set of ink cartridges (still nothing). A manager there would not allow me to exchange for another printer because I did not have a receipt. They acknowledged that I wasted money and that they were unwilling to do anything about what they called defective equipment.

They close at EIGHT not NINE just drove thirty minutes to get turned away. Update this please.

Office Depot is conveniently located on Main Street. I've pooped in here multiple times to pick up products or have quick copies printed. I recently just had a large order to be printed and specified how I needed them folded. Upon my arrival I opened the box prior to leaving to find them printed incorrectly. There is a reason I drive to staples- the customer service is always fantastic. They show you proofs prior to printing the entire order, and double check the order is correct when you come for pickup. I was also not contacted that the order was ready for pickup where staples calls/ texts you. I will definitely be taking all my printing services to Staples.

On August 16. 2020 I canceled my tech subscription and was told I would recover a full refund. One month later still no refund so I called and was again provided assurance I would receive a refund in 5-7 business days. I called again on 10/2/2020 and was told my refund was improperly annotated and that it would be corrected and I would receive my refund in 5-7 business days. On Oct 21, I called and asked that my refund be escalated and after waiting on hold for a very long time (again) that I would receive and email from the supervisor within 24-48 hours. As of today, 10 weeks and spending hours on hold or being hung up on if I did reach someone. I called again today and after 3 attempts and being on hold once in excess of ten minutes, I was told the exact same thing as before. No one to escalate this issue to. No recourse. So $129.00 has not been refunded. Horrible customer service and the call center is unable to resolve any issues. I feel like they stole my money and smiled while they did it. Better Business Bureau is next. Would give zero stars but that isn't an option.

1 guy and a house full of ladies all awesome I think I want to be apart of that team to make 2 guys! Very helpful all of them that I interacted with today. I will always come here I'm a millennial but I was frustrated with my day I couldn't figure out how to get this file to send workout issues and the staff took time to help me troubleshoot my issue and helped me try many different things until I able to print my label.

Even during covid they have a great selection. Friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful staff. It's my go to office and printing store in KC. Keep it up!

this one my go to spot the problem is you lot snowflake and rude people that feel it there job and right to jump in front you,sometime grab them by there neck and like an 2 yrs. and tell get back in line.

Very bad service.
