“We just had our 2012 Toyota Prius C serviced at Sallas Auto Repair and had a MARVELOUS experience! From start to finish, it was a true pleasure dealing with everyone on staff.
We received estimates from our usual shop (that does not specialize in Toyotas) and contacted Sallas for a second opinion. Jeramiah handled our case and was able to provide a very reasonable estimate for the work. He was friendly, patient with our questions, and very knowledgeable regarding the amount of labor and parts needed to complete the repairs.
Scheduling our appointment was super easy; I simply sent Jeramiah an email regarding our best available days and times, and we were able to settle on a good date within the week.
We were warmly welcomed when we arrived, and check-in was fast and efficient. The team wasn't sure how long the repairs would take, but promised to contact us as soon as possible with an approximate pick-up time. Sure enough, Jeramiah called within 4 hours to let us know all the repairs were done and they were finishing up the alignment process. He carefully and fully explained the work done at that time. He called again (within 30 minutes) once the car was ready for pick-up and gave us a final review of the vehicle's performance. We appreciate the fast service, especially given the extent of the work!
When we arrived to pick up the car, Kelly assisted us in check-out. She was friendly and efficient and very gracious. We were able to pay with a personal check (not always the case at car shops), which we appreciated. The cost ended up being competitive or better than other auto shops we'd researched.
We're glad that AAA has given their stamp of approval to Sallas Auto Repair. They are a quick, friendly, professional, and clean shop, and deserve the recognition. Jeramiah even took the time to contact us after the fact to let us know the AAA discount had been applied to our account. I have been to this location on several times as well as my father. He in an expert Gardner and I am a certified professional Landscape Designer with 10+ years in the industry. I love the bird plant seeds that this location has to offer. However the conversation with the staff is strained and come with a lot of effort as they seem to not really care to discuss the particulars of certain questions regarding their selections.
I am not sure if this is a post-covid issue but it is not acceptable and needs to be addressed. I asked a woman who I was ordering seeds from various questions on some wild flower shade mix. I asked her what the shade time was for the and she acted abrasive and bothersome at the question.
I asked several other questions and received the same response which led me to finish my transaction and leave the store. The next time I think about visiting this store I will consider whether I want to experience poor customer service again.
Parking can be a bit of a bother on the weekends but is usually not an issue if you know the location and are familiar with its surroundings.
The price of items in this location are a bit high and may be mass produced. I mention this because I have found several of the items located here at nearly 25% cheaper at other locations. This may be due to the locations overhead. For the most part I would say that the price can seem high for some things and fairly reasonable for others. Do your market research if money is a priority.
One last thing that I want to bring up is the condition of the floors and the how the transitions from one room to the next can be precarious so use caution if you have mobility issues.”

“Amazing hidden gem with a lovely husband and wife owners. They are growing a ton of various plants and using various techniques to do so. Using as much resources they can harvest to put back into their crops. Looking forward to taking some of their classes to be more educated in urban homesteading”

They've been my go-to location for getting supplies while I've been finishing the outside of the project home we just bought, and they've been great. “This is the best place for all your grain and feed needs. They have everything from dog toys and harnesses to chicken food to bird feeders and bird seed. Everyone is so friendly and inclusive of all people. I highly recommend this store which has been family owned and operated for its sixth generation and almost one hundred years.”

“Best grass seed ! Fertilizer ! For great price. Even their mulch is better. I would get mulch at Lowe’s Walmart and 2-3weeks later mulch looks kinda old. Not Surburban mulch ! Much tree plant shrub selection and popcorn !!! Come on !!”
“I purchased Rockwood shutters from Home Depot. The sales people were nice, helpful. I had a choice of doing a virtual measure of my windows with a rep from Rockwood or having someone come to my home. I chose virtual. Skeptical but WOW. Candy Armer from Rockwood was awesome. Together, we got it done with little effort and she got me an estimate. Next, I got an email from a member of Rockwood's Concierge team. They informed me that they were there for me throughout the process. They made arrangements for the final measure. The installer came and was terrific. We went over all the details, how the shutters would be mounted, open, close. My windows can be tilted in and cleaned top and bottom -- all accounted for. A date was set for installation, Doug came, installed them AS SCHEDULED. NO DRAMA and I L O V E this product. They are gorgeous! I highly recommend both Home Depot and Rockwood. Home Depot has the BEST payment plans to you can pay over time. I've done it many times and had great success. Rockwood exceeded my expectations multiple times.”
“Awesome selection of plants - more varieties of herbs than I have seen in one place before, plus tons of annuals, perennials, houseplants, and accessories, I especially like the signs they have for the majority of the plants so you know the light and soil conditions, size, whether a plant is typically easy to care for. The garden center has an alright selection of plants, even a few heirlooms in the spring.
The staff is usually friendly and helpful. They are typically busy and sometimes take a little while to free up for assistance, especially when busy.”

“The home depot took my return fairly quickly, there wasn't a long line. Everyone tried their best to be helpful. I spotted some dying plants and wondered if I could take them, and the staff were very professional in saying no. Apparently both she and I would get in trouble if I would take something like that. Two of their tools aisles are under construction (?) or it seemed like it was blocked off for some reason. I remember once I came in here looking for an extra large box, and they actually let me take it as well. Overall would recommend this Home Depot location.”

“There was a mixup with my online order so when I returned my items and received an exchange, the assistant manager, Jerome Pyburn, which is what’s on my paperwork was very friendly and accommodating. He Corrected the mixup which ended up being my fault.

“Electric carts not charged very good and had to get a second one and after about 10 minutes, that one also needed to be charged. Service was good, items easy to locate. Help out to my vehicle was great. Had a lot of items on my list and will need to go back another time for the rest.”
