Recently purchased a new Taos with Kevin. My first visit I was up front that I couldn’t purchase, as I was still working through my insurance process and not once did I ever get any pushback or pressure. He followed up with me in the following days, but I wasn’t under constant barrage of calls and texts which was super appreciated. As I came back to purchase, I wasn’t hit with any surprise fees or add-ons to have to negotiate- it was all very transparent and easy. Took almost no time at all and was definitely the easiest part of the nightmare that is totaling a vehicle and working through that whole insurance/new car process. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

My family has bought more than a dozen cars from the various Northtowne dealers. I've never been treated worse than VW. The service is an absolute joke, they won't pick up the phone and couldn't care less about you or your car. The finance guy is awful. He was rude to me and tried to sell me a car at 8% interest with excellent credit. When I called him out on it, the rate magically came below 6%. They WILL try and cheat you. Go to Lee's summit VW or any other Northtowne Dealer. I recommend Lincoln.

Took my VW in and had 2 mild repairs. Completed one and the other was an oil cooler that’s pretty important. Had 2 other companies 1 being Firestone and 1 being another dealer look at the car and the list did not include replacing an oil cooler but instead several different leaks and a right front spring broken. The face on the mechanic when I told him not 2 days ago I took it to a dealer to get service and inspected made me know that northtowne doesn’t always know what they are doing. They have been pretty annoying and minor inconveniences but what dealer doesn’t but this sent me over the edge and will not be coming back. Cars have issues but the list of problems shouldn’t have been this long for having the car towed/sitting for an extra day. Stuck repairing the car for 2-3x the value or buying a new car and the vw just pasted 100k

I bought my car here and the sales team were great! The service area is another story. They don’t answer the phone (in fact I just got transferred to the service dept and I got a VM that was so full it couldn’t accept new ones) the person who answered the phone is always rude and the service dept is a joke. They don’t honor appointment times and sometimes I wonder if they even ever do anything. Long story short- don’t get your vehicle serviced here. It will be a nightmare

Micah on the sales side is highly recommended. He’s honest, kind, and attentive to everything you ask. Bryce in service has been the most awesome rep for the service department. He’s been prompt at retuning calls, is personable, and is someone you feel you can trust. You won’t be disappointed with your experience from them!

Good luck even getting someone on the phone to talk to since they don't even answer the phone. Over priced, extremely long wait times, horrible to deal with. Go somewhere else and save yourself some time and energy.

It was a very simple process. Matt Weaver did a great job of listening to my wants and did what he needed to do to meet my needs. Thomas did a great job with all of the paperwork and financing.

Matt Weaver, my salesperson, was incredible. We negotiated The entire deal over the phone and email. Then it took only about 15 minutes in the finance office to finish the paperwork. There was no hassle at all! Not to mention, they came in several thousand dollars less (and gave me a MUCH better interest rate) than another Kansas City Volkswagen dealership. When I need a new car, you'd better bet that I will be returning to this dealership. Thanks to the entire team!

I had a very long wait to get into service and then when the person in the shop contacted I tried to reach him back and he never responded. Finally, when I arrived to pickup my car the cashier was very rude. I won't be returning which is sad because this is the second VW I have purchased from your location.
