This is for their service department, if I could give 0 starts i would. Absolute con men. My wife was told over the phone the price for new key fobs. She scheduled the appointment for the new key fobs and only the key fobs. They said it should take under an hour or there would be a additional labor charge added if the services last longer then an hour. She specifically said when she got there all that needed to be done was the key fobs. They sent her a text message asking for battery replacement and a video, but my wife is not car savy at all and didn't know what it meant. She thought it meant the battery in the key fobs. So she approved the text. She waited another hour and then when her Mazda was ready they gave her the bill with a drastically different price for the key fobs and additional a new battery. She felt like she was taken advantage of for not knowing car lingo and we got up-charged an additional $500. I would not recommend these people to even my worst of enemies.

The way to set your business apart from others in this day in age is good customer service. This mean going above and beyond. They did not and were indifferent to my situation. Better service and I would have bought a car there.

Really great experience. I had been going to another local Mazda dealer for routine service for several years but changes in ownership translated into a decline in overall quality of work and customer experience. On the flip-side, Northtowne Mazda’s service staff were professional, courteous, and thorough. I’ll definitely take my future service needs to Northtowne Mazda.

I had a great experience start to end with this dealership. They are friendly and helpful during the entire purchasing process. I worked with Mike to get my CX-30 and it was a pleasant experience. I would recommend them to anyone!

It is a pleasure having one’s vehicle serviced at Northtowne Mazda. I was pleased to find a waiting room without a TV so I could read. Everyone I encountered was pleasant, professional and prompt. I’ll be back, to be sure.

Highly recommend Northtowne Mazda and Jason Chandler when purchasing a new car. Jason listened to what I was looking for and found the perfect car for me. Didn’t push an upsell on features/models I didn’t want. He was respectful of my time during the process. Jason gave me a fair price for my trade in. They made the paperwork process quick and easy. Jason did a great job helping me set up the app and connect my devices to the car. His orientation to the car was great- just enough information on the features/settings without overwhelming me. Highly recommend! My new CX-50 is perfect!

Jason Chandler at Northtowne Mazda made buying a new car quick and easy. He was honest. Didn't waste my time. I knew what I wanted and he found it for me. Fair trade in value of my car. Quick/easy paperwork. Best of all was how he oriented me to my new cars functions- gave me enough information/instruction but not so much I would forget what he said. Helped me set up all the settings where I wanted them and connect devices and the app. Highly recommend! And I LOVE my new CX-50!

We have bought 2 cars here. The buying experience was pretty painless, and we felt the pricing was fair. We have already had it in for service and tire repair from a pothole. Both times the work was done well and on time. Chelsea kept us informed and worked hard to get as much work covered by warranty as possible. We are very satisfied with the entire operation.

Save yourself a headache and take your vehicle anywhere else for serviceI have only dealt with the service department here twice, poor communication both times. The second visit (in December 2022) was miserable.Had to call up multiple times to get updates but the staff member who was said to be handling my case was never available and never called me back as I requested. Eventually got a quote via text several days after dropping it off with EXTREMELY high prices for a couple items, and received a confirmation text that the quote was accepted even though I had not. Had to call again and tell them to only change the brakes and change the oil. When I mentioned the poor communication they said their text system was having issues and they promised they would *call* me as soon as it was done. I called again at the end of the day and talked to sales as the service department was already out for the day-- my car had been ready for hours.

I purchased a used vehicle from this location in June 2023.The sales representative accommodated by budget and worked with me to get something I could afford.My vehicle had a minor issue days later and they repaired it at no cost.I’m happy with the purchase and services. I recommend Northtowne Mazda and would buy from them again.

Not to mention that I have had 3 Mazda vehicles serviced at Northtowne Mazda during the last 5 years. I absolutely have and will recommend them to anyone who need a great car and trustworthy service.

I own a Mazda, purchased at a different dealership in another city. I began having my regular maintenance at Northtowne Mazda on N. Oak and could not be happier with a number of things about this dealership.First, this is one of the cleanest, most professional dealerships I have visited, and I have been to dealerships across the nation to maintain my car during travel assignments for work!Second, the customer waiting areas are spotless, comfortable and set up beautifully for customers who bring their laptops. The Wi-Fi is fast and consistent.Lastly, you can’t find customer service as kind and patient as Cody and Chelsea, at Northtowne Mazda Service Department (Cody is the Manager)…they thoroughly explain everything and help every client prioritize the maintenance that needs to be completed.Cody or Chelsea will send a video of the assessment under the hood every time you take the car in. In the video, the service specialist explains what he sees and what services are recommended so there is no question what they are recommending! I really appreciate this depth of explanation!Check out Northtowne Mazda! They really go the extra mile! (Thanks, guys! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)

Came through for an oil change and tire rotation. My first impressions were satisfactory; the whole building looked great! Nice and clean with a comfortable waiting room. I was greeted immediately and the whole process went smoothly. The technician sent a video of my car with an overview of the inspection which I thought was really nice touch. Chelsea was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. I will definitely return for my next service.

Chelsea was great to work with, and the mechanic was top notch! I needed major work done on my Mazda, they went the extra mile to get it fixed, even when a few curve balls came! Very happy!
