We had a great experience with our salesmen, Jake. We purchased two Lincoln's and had a great time during the process! Jake is absolutely wonderful in his field of sales and was with us the entire time during the process. Everyone was great to work with and made the experience fun! We are enjoying (2), 2024 Lincoln's - a Nautilus & Cosair both red and absolutely beautiful!! If you are looking to purchase or lease a vehicle, Northtowne Lincoln is your dealership! Ask for Jake, he listens carefully to your needs and desires and will guide you through the entire process letting you know every step of the way where you are in purchasing or leasing! He's very knowledgeable, caring and overall, a great person to work with!!

Carl Carter, the salesman went above and beyond to get us into the perfect car on little money. He listened to our needs and met them with no pressure. Can't recommend him or dealership high enough. The dealership was clean, spacious and everyone was pleasant.

What is the true test of how good any business really is? Not what happens when things go right, but how they react when things go wrong. I purchased a used car for my wife to celebrate our 46th wedding anniversary. I live out of state, so the transaction was done via the internet. The sales person (John Van Parys) did an outstanding job of communicating with me and keeping me up tp date on the whole process. Since we were from out of state, we drove to Kansas City and trailered the car back home. The car was absolutely as described and exceeded my expectations. We had wired the funds directly to the dealership, so I expected to received the title the same day that we picked the car up. Unfortunately, that was not the dealership process. I was advised that it would take approximately 3 weeks to receive the title from the dealership via express mail. About a week later, I emailed John Van Parys and advised him that we would be on vacation about the time that the title was scheduled to be mailed, so I asked that the paperwork be held until I would be back home from our vacation, which the dealership agreed to do. A week after I should have received the paperwork, I contacted John again and advised him that i had not received the title and that as a result, I would owe a substantial late sales tax and late title application penalty. John contacted the dealership's business office and got the paperwork mailed to me overnight.
To my surprise, and to the dealership's credit, the mailed me a check to cover the penalties I had to pay; most car dealers would not have done this.
My takeaway is this: If Northtowne Lincoln went the extra mile for me (being out of state) they have earned not only my business in the future, but my respect by doing the right thing.
You can't ask any more than that our of any business!
If Northtowne Lincoln has a new or used car you are interested in give them a shot. John Van Parys is the sales person you would want to deal with and Northtowne Lincoln is the dealership that will go the extra mile for you!

The dealer did not have the covers (seats, floor, steering wheel) to use when the mechanics are in the vehicles.

I can't recommend Northtown Lincoln, enough. The customer service was great and they are super helpful. They even fixed a small issue with my AC for no charge. Any dealership can sell you a new or use vehicle? But it's the service dapartment that makes you come back.
And supports that dealership.
