My experience with this dealership has been very disappointing and frustrating. There has been a serious lack of accountability and communication. I purchased a certified 2022 SUV vehicle from them that was given to me with only a half a tank of gas. Within in 2 days I was dealing with fueling issues. After taking it back in, I had to repeatedly call and ask for updates. Nobody reached out with any information once the issue was diagnosed, and was then told I could be waiting anywhere from a couple days to a couple of weeks. The lack of accountability and effort being put forth is very disappointing and unacceptable given I just purchased this vehicle less than a week ago. I would not recommend this dealership.

Fast service for an oil change and check up... less than 45 minutes. No Saturday appointments though. Very expensive. I was disappointed because when we bought the car at this very dealership last year, we were told that they wash the car and do a quick detail to it whenever you bring it in for maintenance... we have had it there three times now and NOT ONE TIME has it been washed, let alone detailed. The first 2 times I thought it was an oversight, but it is clear that it is just not going to happen. I just really would have appreciated being told this is not a service they provide anymore. For a dealership, this place could try harder on the customer service aspect if they want to retain loyal customers. Doing the bare minimum and charging top dollar for services is not going to bode well in the long run. Just my humble opinion.

I have had the unfortunate accident that resulted in having to get my car fixed, but Melissa and her crew are AMAZING! They got me fixed up in about 5 days! It was so smooth, and she kept me up to date on all the repairs. I just love them! I might just go hang out sometime! Lol

When my local Mazda center moved out of town, I started using them. Been with them over 4 years. Have had same service rep for a couple of years now. Have built a 'trustworthy' relationship.

Do not pass this place up. Great people. We have been buying from them for over 14 years. Ask for Rude or Tom. You won't be disappointed.

Pretty good experience. John was a good sales person. Low pressure. Felt like a good price on the car. Only disappointment was the tires- tread is pulling away. I feel they aren't safe but the service dept deemed them safe- I disagree. They said it was common on a car that has been driven on gravel a lot- problem there is this car has 20k miles and virtually no rock chips so the gravel theory doesn't make much sense to me. I wonder if the service manager had a 16 year old driving to Dallas tomorrow, if he would truly be comfortable putting them in this car. Their claim was not having room because of the deal I got. Well, after I spend a grand on tires on a car I just bought- the deal really wouldn't end up that great. They weren't willing to work with me on them- maybe we could have split the cost on a new set but that wasn't offered? That said, overall sales experience was fine sans my tire disappointment!

I've been a customer of Northtowne Hyundai's maintenance shop and have had great service. Recently, I needed an adjustment to a passenger door on my 2019 Sonata. The tip of the rear door was striking the tip of the forward door and there a lot of wind noise at highway speed. My car was immediately addressed upon my appointment and while I waited the rear door was adjusted diagonally to cure the strike problem and inward to fix the wind noise. I was out in just a few minutes with no more striking or noise problems. Makes the car so much more enjoyable on a long highway trip. Can't complain about the cost. The technician and service manager even wiped the fingerprints off my car. I'm pleased that the same professionalism and friendliness that I get at the service shop also exists at the body shop. I know of friends who have gone to other body shops with similar problems and have never really have their problem fully cured.
