Yeah my boyfriend worked for this company for 5 months then all of a sudden they terminated his employment via email while we were in route to warehouse. Then they issued him his last check via paper check instead of direct deposit that he couldn't Eben get cashed at Walmart. And failed to pay him for hours he had taken approved PTO for after we were involved in a wreck with a drunk driver head on. Shady at best

Nautical has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Their team approach to tackle any of my needs and or my customers needs has been second to none. The level of communication throughout the entire process, whether it be warehousing or 3PL services has been top notch. I cannot just call out one person, so I will simply call out the team because they understand it takes a village and I am proud to say they are part of the Fountain City Foods village.

Best 3pl in KC and an awesome place to work. They have an in-house staffing agency (Staffing by Starboard) and a full-service trucking company (Tidal Transport). They also partner with several philanthropic programs to provide work opportunities for underserved communities.
