I bought a ised VW on Feb 19th. We looked at the car initially on Feb 18th. When we picked up the car, we did not inspect it again since we had just seen it the day before. The car was covered in snow when we picked it up, the next day we had noticed some considerable body damage to the passenger door, I didn't reach out to the dealership right away because I wanted to make certain it didn't happen while we had it. After performing due diligence to make sure it hadn't happened on our watch I found my wide took a picture of the car right before we drove it home, in the picture was the body damage, we just happened to over look it that night because of the snow and the terribly cold weather. I responded to an email we got from our salesman, with no response, I was about to give up and assume we got screwed, and then I decided to call him. That's when I found out the email I responded to is automated and meant to look like it was sent by the salesman and if you respond it goes nowhere, the same with the response to the sales manager apparently. So Clayton and I discussed the issue, I sent him photos and copies of the paperwork describing door dings, not a massive dent. He said he would get it to his supervisors, then he spent two days adding me to some sort of automated txt line, to which I get no response. I gave it this long, from presidents day to today, no real response. They have my money, and they don't really care past that. I wouldn't buy from Molle in any form, maybe their service is better if you buy a new car, I don't know but not used.
