Came in on a Wednesday to get my eyebrows waxed. Soon as I walked in I was greeted then proceeded to sit and wait for xx minutes. There were only 4 workers and 5 people being serviced. Why it took so long for my 10 minute eyebrow wax is crazy to me. I love my eyebrows but not a fan of the wait time.

My first experience was great keep going back my last experience bout month ago wasn't so pleasant the women there gave me what I asked for first time having the male tech take care of me he did not want to give me what I asked for and he tried to beat me out of the price rushing so he could take care of his regular customers, will never go back because of him and it's sad because the women there are great and pleasant

If I could give this place a half a star I would, it was the second time they I've tried this place. GO SOME PLACE ELSE! The nail tech at the end F'd up so bad the tech at the for table said she will fix-NEVER did , then the lash tech sucked! After 2days it started to lift and she would not fix it!THEY ARE HORRIBLE!Services: Eyelash extensions

I am now on antibiotics because I chose to get a pedicure here. After I was told by a doctor that my foot was infected I went back to this business to make them aware and I was told that this was caused by a “hang mail” remind you this was not a issue prior to me just getting a pedicure. They never once apologized or even took some sort of accountability. I would never recommend this place to anyone. This has been the worse experience I’ve ever had I have never had this issue before

My former eyebrow wax lady walked out and noticed me, remembered me from her old nail salon she used to do eyebrows in and greeted me with a smile and hug (I had no makeup, no weave,NO mask and she still recognized me. That's excellent customer service to me!!! Her husband talked me into getting my nails done with dip powder and I was skeptical because I really had came for a pedicure and eyebrow wax only but, it was worth it because I'm a really bad nail biter. He did freestyle with the dip powder, and then just when I thought he was done, he put a design on my fore fingers and ring fingers. I was very pleased with their work.

Service today wasn’t good the guy who did my nails was rough , kept pulling me and then he got on the phone kept pausing to talk to others just ghetto but nails turned out cute I said no design he did one and charged me and made me use the atm when I told him my bank charges $5

MY MANI 35 MINS LATER. People are lazy, rude and don't care about the customer. I would avoid this place all altogether.

I came in for a full set and a pedicure and this was the result. I told the attendant several times it didn't look right and I felt like she didn't understand a word I said or just didn't care. Please save your money and go somewhere else! They charge per item here not per service so beware!

I called this place and asked to schedule an eyebrow wax appointment they told me to come on in. I showed up 15 mins later and was had to wait 2 hours even though they only had 2 other customers. I was repeatedly told they would get to me but everytime someone new walked in they provided service for them instead. I normally only come here if other places aren't available. The customer service is horrible. They do an okay job but it never matters if you make an appointment or not you are always left waiting for hrs no matter how small the service is. If you have other options please choose them.would not recommend this place to anyone.
