This place is a huge waste of time! Went to get standard testing and they said they couldn't draw blood because a nurse was not available and make you go to another lab having to schedule another appointment there. Don't waste your time and just go to a real doctor. They still charge you $100 even though they couldn't do the services there

Horrible billing practices, and failure to tell you of all costs with services.

Scheduled a simple flu shot for 10am on Sunday. Checked in at 9:50 (per email). Completed pre appointment questions by 9:52. Waited until 10:50 before being seen. All the while hearing the Dr. chat and laugh in her office. If you're trying to keep a schedule, don't go to minute clinic.

Was examined for about an hour then told I needed X-rays to determine what was wrong, which seemed odd for a skin infection, went to the urgent care down the street, diagnosed and prescribed an antibiotic that cleared it up quickly. This was my second time going there since it’s the closest clinic to my house, same experience the first time, charged $150, spent an hour or two waiting with zero answers or results, won’t waist my time again.

The NP Christie Finney was very kind, helpful and informative. She addressed my issue and gave me advice on a couple of other things she noticed, for which I didn’t make an appointment. It was her time, and she certainly shows she cares about people. Thanks!

The only reason I ever try to go here first is because my insurance covers the visit totally free. Last night tried to use the online virtual visit to get a prescription refill for ear drops for my kid and was given some excuse for why they wouldn't do that. Last time I went in person (for asthma related cough) I was quickly ushered out of the room and told that they couldn't do anything for me and to try a different urgent care

Dr Maria has been the reason for my family to return to this very location for medical consultations and treatments in the past two years. She’s efficient and super helpful. She goes beyond to help her patients. She’s a rare gem.

The nurse practitioner Maria went above and beyond to help me receive my medication when I was having trouble. She stayed past closing time and was kind about the whole thing

They do not take walk-ins. I sat there for 30 minutes in an empty waiting area. Not one person was seeing a doctor. Finally, he walked out and said we take walk-ins if a spot is open. I went to three locations, and not one person was in the waiting area or the rooms. Rude Doctors.

I should have trusted the reviews before booking an appointment here. Why would you encourage someone to book an appointment when you aren’t even on time? My appointment was at 12:30 pm. The physician didn’t see me until 30-35 mins later! If you are scheduled to go to lunch at 1:00 then you need to be TIMELY! This establishment is so unprofessional and rude! Completely unnecessary to waste my time.I’m appalled at the customer service or should I say lack off!Stay away!

Nurses were extremely rude and only seemed interested in diagnosing me with Covid. I am vaxed and boosted with a severe earache. She tested me for Covid (result negative) and told me to take Tylenol. Worthless trip. I would not recommend.

After the experience I had today I will not be recommending this establishment to anyone for their Healthcare needs. The nurse was very rude while checking me in to see the nurse practitioner. She was doing her pre-screening and asking covid questions. After concluding that it's possible of exposure, she states that the minute clinic would not see me. I explained that I took 2 at home covid test and they were negative. She then got out of her chair and began to wash her gloved hands like I am not human anymore. She told me it didn't matter because the home tests are only 30% accurate. Then she showed me the door. I have never been treated that way by anyone in the health profession. She didn't even suggest anything for my symptoms or somewhere that would treat me. And why are at home tests sold if they are only 30% accurate. I don't understand why I was treated with such lack of compassion that nurses are known for.

Wouldn't prescribe me a medication that helped me the week before because it was a "recurring" illness when it was only "recurring" because right after symptoms subsided I drank alcohol too soon which is what caused symptoms to recurr. Also wouldn't let me wear my face shield so I didn't get anxiety, and forced me to wear a mask. Which both are useless in stopping covid anyways.

I went to the MinuteClinic on Stateline last month. The young lady and the nurse practitioner were very helpful in getting me in without an appointment. I prepared to pay via cash (patient portion) for my visit, and the nurse practitioner indicated that I didn't have a copay. Last week I received an email conveying that I had owed $25.00, which is totally fine. I went back to the same place to make payment. I waited approximately 10 minutes, when the same nurse practitioner basically asked me what I'd wanted (she did have a patient walking behind her). She was not as friendly as before. I had indicated to her that I came to pay my portion, which she then indicated to me that they do not take payments there. Please remember, I was just there last month, and she made no indication that payments cannot be made there. But what I found more disturbing is that she immediately walked off, and hollered as she is now not even facing me, that I can use the portal to make a payment. She did not allow me to ask questions, such as, can I make payment via mail. She was gone and dismissed me like I was an irritating fly. Again, I did not have a chance to say anything else to her. After digging and googling like crazy, I had found a phone number online, and was able to finally reach a friendly person who was kind enough to convey that I could pay this by check or money order and gave me my account information (this was not indicted in the email about my bill) and a remit mailing address.
