Service Sucks. I called to make sure my part was there and they said it was. So I went down there to pick it up (on the hottest day of the year with no air) to pick it up only to be told it was still in Oklahoma! All I could do was turn around and walk out. Went back the following day and stood in the lobby for about 10 mins before anyone even looked up! Finally got help after asking was someone going to help me! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Worst service ever. Drove 5 hours to pickup a bed for a pickup showed up at 4 p.m. They close at 5 and was told I could not get loaded even told them the day before I would be there to pickup. Do not recommend busy with this company

I do not recommend this parts store. .
They suck.
After submitting every document they require, including my credit card ID and credit card authorization form.
When following up about order After two days. response from Billy “I don’t know “ .
No tracking provided. No invoice provided.
Wasted two days.
If you are on schedule and need parts, this is Definitely not the place to buy from.
I wish I can give zero stars.

I would recommend this place. I worked with Hector Medina to get the part that I needed. Hector goes over and above with his customers. I did not feel like a woman who didn't know what I was doing there Hector made the process very simple and helped me figure out the correct part. Thank you Hector for providing excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE, these days you don't see that too often but Midway Auto Parts is the exception.
