This store had AMAZING customer service. The store manager made an exception for me when it came to a gift for my mom. It really made my holiday season. The store was also SO clean and had great selections of product.

This store has been going downhill for the past two years. The place is usually dirty with trash, price stickers and floral debris scattered on the floor. They will have some items overstocked while the ones most people use are gone for months. The cashier's are overworked and undertrained, and the store manager is disrespectful to the employees in front of customers and rude to customers if you ask her for anything. They seem to be chronically understaffed leading to longer wait times, and some of the people in framing are not concerned with customer service. For the time they are there before disappearing most of the employees and lower management are pretty friendly and try to help, which is why this is not a one star review. Had a much better experience at other stores.

The framing department here was super helpful today. I was struggling through the choice of getting glass cut or using an existing picture frame. I also was trying to decide on the best mounting solution. Within moments I had expert help from Brittany!

Manager is not very nice and didn't treat the staff well at all. They all looked like they hated being there. wouldn't recommend.
