Granddaughter phone went dead .she is 18 pays her own bill.but the salesman was very RUDE to her and me. She wanted to upgrade the phone so he told her earlier. Yet we went back the same day and it wasn't the same. He wouldn't let me get her another phone because I wasn't on her contact she couldn't do it because she couldn't qualify for financial obligations. I still don't understand why they treat customers like that.

Horrible service wouldn't tell me about anything because I was checking around to see if their service would be budget friendly with how many lines I needed. Wasn't a guaranteed sale for them so I was ignored ?

Took my sister there to get a new phone for an already existing line, and they had a great deal going when she started a new line. She left with an iPhone 11, cordless charger, trio charger, fast charging 2 usb wall block, a phone case, water bag, and a tmobile bag all for like $450 lol.

Trip hazard as soon as you walk in. The woman/man working there 2/27 was telling everyone loudly that their 8 digit pin was their birth day repeated.he/she sold me a sim without installing and wouldnt let me use the device to install myself.2 hour long lunch break while store was closed. They are going to get reported on FOR SURE
