Carmia charged me for a product that I did not ask for nor did she tell me that she was charging me for it until i got home and looked at the receipt. When I called to tell her she became upset and hung up on me while stating that she does not do that. This place is crooked and not recommended unless you don't mind losing money. If I could give this zero stars I would. DO NOT GO THERE!!! I have reported this to the BBB.

Store didn't answer phone either of my 3 attempts calling but they sold me a sim card for the correct price of $10 with no bs. Quick and easy transaction as it should be

I went into store to get service turned on and was told I was put on the $60/month plan. After looking at my receipt while still in the store I saw that my plan was the $50/month plan so I asked about it and was told that it was in fact the $50/month plan but he took it upon himself to add insurance to my plan without asking me first. I asked for it to be taken off and refund my money being I did not ask for that, it was never even discussed, and I was told that I could not get my money back. I asked to speak with the manager and got told no he would tell me the same thing. So I was charged for services I didn't asked to be added and now I'm out that money because he removed the service but I did not get my money back. This has been reported to The BBB.

Stay away from metro by t-mobile. As a current customer you only get $20 to $30 off a phone price. So if something happens to your phone you're spending hundreds to get a new one. Everywhere else has better loyalty for current costumers.

My husband and I went in to switch from Verizon and Ser made it extremely easy. I have never had any phone service go so smoothly. He made our experience easy and fun.

Wonderful service! Manager named Ser was absolutely fantastic. This store is out of my way but I will continue to go to this location for the excellent service given! Thank you for turning a bad situation from another location into a positive at yours!

We have been loyal metro customers and went to purchase a hotspot. They were friendly enough but totally lied to us. We told them what we were using the device for so they knew what we expected. We got the 75.00 0lan for 30 gb of data. They told us we would be fine for a month. 1 1/2 days later we were out of data. We went back to the store to see what was going on and was told the data was gone for the month. The store manager told us to call customer service to see what could be done. Customer service directed us back to the store who said too bad so sad not gonna do anything for us. So shame on us for believing what the store said. So needless to say lesson learned. We are taking our 4 other lines else where and are telling anyone who will listen to not do business with Metro.

Best Metro PCS I've had the pleasure of visiting. I'm having trouble recalling her name (think it was Daya or Daza, something like that) -- but she was AMAZING. I headed to the store on my lunch break from Overland Park prepared to be gone at least an hour.
