Took my mom to get her phone changed over and put on my account which has usually been a fairly simple task. The staff seemed to need more training. The young man waiting on her seemed to have no clue what he was doing and the girl helping him didn't explain anything to either my mother or the young man. Instead of switching her phone over they made her buy a new phone completely. Off duty employees were sitting in the only two chairs available talking loudly so my 72 year old mother had to stand the entire time and ask the young man waiting on her to repeat what he was saying frequently. They did not transfer any of her contacts or any other data for her. They did not give her a bill of sale nor ask for an email address to send it to. She paid in cash and they told her they couldn't give her change because they didn't have anyone to go to the bank anymore. I've been with Metro PCS for years now and this was hands down the worst experience we have ever had. I will be looking for a different location next time I have to go in.

Customer service at this location is above and beyond any other business of any kind I don't have to worry ever again about losing my phone I have finally found customer care people who really care so thankful for Amber and her crew

Summer is an outstanding metro by t mobile rep who doesn’t have a problem taking the time out to help you with your phone. I recommend her all the way. She even looks like Tammy:)

I don’t understand why I can’t buy a phone out right. I was told by the staff to buy the phone out right online. But when I need it for Christmas then buying it online doesn’t help me 2 days before Christmas. I don’t understand why I can buy it online out right but not in the store.

So, my 1st experience w Metropcs sucked (gladstone store)but on at least 3 occassions I have come in w/a mess anyone else wouldve said we cant help you or been too lazy to try. Steven is amazing & so are the girls. He saved another customer who was considering leaving for Mint or other type no face to face company. They should give them a raise. Staci Waggoner
